The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.

I have had several issues with things I've purchased and they refuse to take returns even if the…read moreproduct was broken or food disgusting and bad. I bought sheets with the wrong fitted sheet and they will see if they had one to swap out but they would not take the return if they didn't have one to replace the fitted sheet. And then the manager asked what was going on and as I'm explains repeated tells me to calm down. I have a respirator issue (not contagious) so I have to talk louder to be able to talk. I told him repeatedly I wasn't upset but it was hard for me to talk. So rude. The staff also made comments to each other like "you'll love this." Like I'm being insane. I've worked in customer service for years and this was awful. I'm no idiot. I can see the rolling eyes and looks they have me and eachother. We love nutcrackers made from Germany and this store is the store you go to for this. We started collecting these over a decade ago and they have a great collection! Items don't seem fully organized, but you do find them (for the most part) in the right category where they belong. They sometimes have a monthly coupon you can use for 25% off of one item you just have to time it right if you're planning on getting a big purchase from here it's sometimes worth it to look for that coupon online or sign up on their email list to get the additional savings. Located in a somewhat deserted plaza, but easy to get access to. Sometimes you do only one to two employees max. One is in the office and the other is by the register, so it may feel somewhat deserted or understaffed. When we had meetings at the venue for wedding planning inquires she would always have to leave the meeting early because she was busy with something else. I feel if you're helping plan a wedding you should plan your days out more precisely since there is a lot of money on the line. The coordinator and the owner of the venue were never on the same page regarding what times we could be there the day of and the day before. The coordinator would tell us one thing and then the owner would tell us another. Also if you want alcohol for your special day, fore warning but this venue will charge you a $500 dollar fee and also make you get a licensed and insured bartender to open alcohol for you at the wedding(even if you're just having beer and seltzer). So in total you might spend almost a $1000 extra on top of the $5,200 just for the venue, bartender, and alcohol all together. They were very strict with us not being able to come in to our own wedding to set up decorations unless it was the day before from 7pm-9pm Also the day of the wedding we weren't able to come in the building to continue decorating until 3 pm and we had to be out by 10 pm otherwise we would get charged an extra $75 per hour. Also while our ceremony and reception and photos were going on they still were allowing customers to come through for food and ice cream and to buy items from the shop on the other side. I feel when we pay these people over $5,500 for the venue, they could at least not have people interrupting us while we are having our special day.

The store was laid out differently than the Sandy location so was a weird experience passing the front entrance and not seeing the checkout on the left wall as you enter the store... for those with a compass, near the northeast area of the store.
