I'm looking for bread and they say oh they don't make it anymore as if King's Hawaiian has stopped selling their number one selling item target is telling me that they don't sell it anymore so I pull up the website and show them and they say oh we haven't sold that in months, but they just told me that Kings Hawaiian doesn't make it anymore. Only in Utah are they trying to reinvent the wheel?

This use to be a store you could count in for great values at affordable prices. This use to be an inviting store, the clothing racks were well arranged and the clothing shelves kept tidy. Unfortunately, standards have really relaxed here. Part of this I'm sure is due to workers shortages but overall, things just aren't the same.

During that time the ice melted in the fridge/freezer and we had water damage on the floor. After contacting the manufacturer, we found out the flooring was discontinued. We were so disappointed. We searched for our flooring everywhere and every few months we would search again. We finally found an active listing on KSL classified and contacted the liquidation team. They went above and beyond for our small order. They had one box of our discontinued flooring which was perfect to repair the water damage. We offered to pay for the shipping and they shipped it to us!! They communicated with us every step of the way. They emailed when they received our payment and again with shipping updates. The mall has an amazing play area for the kids, a massive parking garage and events and activities frequently outside. They have several restrooms with child changing tables, and private family rooms. They are always well attended to and stocked. The fun thing about NPS is that you never know what you're going to find so it's always an adventure. The one complaint I have is the bathroom situation at this location. They deal with a lot of theft so they have to hold the bathroom key at the front of the store and you have to return it when you are done, that whole process is very painful when you have young children that need to go potty immediately.
