I love Aldi. They are a very affordable option for some of your grocery staple items. Especially…read moreproduce and breads. This is a brand new location so everything is clean and crisp. If you have never been to an Aldi they keep costs low by eliminating things they would hire workers to do. For example the shopping carts. Instead of hiring people to collect carts, the customer "rents" the cart for a quarter and when you bring the cart back to the store and return it to the designated cart area your quarter is returned to you. Also instead of hiring baggers you bag your own groceries. Also they charge for bags so either bring your own reusable bags or bring your own plastic bags (you know you have a million under the cabinet...I do lol) for bagging otherwise it's like 10 or 20 cents I think a bag. You can also use the empty boxes that the products come in for bagging your groceries also once the cashier rings up your purchase you move on to the bagging area where you can organize your products how you like in whatever device you have for bagging. I also love that a lot of their store brand are comparable to the name brand in taste but at a fraction of the cost. If you haven't been to an Aldi I'd recommend you check it out for research purposes.

I am very conscious of the prices for everything when I shop in these stores, but I can almost always find something. On this particular visit, I didn't make a purchase, but as usual, they had quite a few food items that I can find at other locations and I keep in mind for when they need arises. I've been really considering a new vacuum cleaner, and I have found some really good deals on them here but my only issue is that every one of them does wet and dry and they are all remanufactured products. That doesn't mean anything is wrong with them, but I am looking for just a regular dry vacuum cleaner. Either way I have to save up the money to get one. I have found quite a few kitchen items that I would find useful, but I just don't have room for at the moment. I always check their book section and quite frequently. I find something worth reading. Like the other locations I have been to. I received a greeting when I came through the front door and multiple employees were pleasant to me and offered assistance as I was shopping. As they have an ever-changing in inventory they are definitely worth checking out on a regular basis.

I love to shop here for shoes and clothing brands that I love at more affordable prices. Most recently I was looking for leather loafers for work and shorts for summer. I was able to find both! I got some very comfortable Cole Haan loafers and a couple pairs of athletic shorts/skorts, plus a pair of jean shorts. They had some really cute pajamas as well, but I used self control and did not purchase them. I also love to shop here for toddler shoes for my son. I feel like unless if you're getting something specifically name brand that you cannot find at Ross or Burlington then it will be good, but I don't feel that they have that many trendy pieces they have a few and then most of it is just collared stuff. The shoes also.. there are only a few that you cannot find at Ross, but as far as the sandals and stuff like that, if they are Calvin Klein or Steve Madden and Dolce Vita, those are going to be way more expensive here than at Ross or Burlington. Other than that it's still a fun place to shop.
