There are rows and rows of long bins and you literally have to dig for the deals. First first timers it can be overwhelming so here's what to know : - once you enter grab a blue bag and start shopping ! - most purses aren't allowed . If it's clear or tiny they may let you bring it in but otherwise leave it in the car. -you can't open boxes at the bins . There may be boxes that you can't tell what is inside - if you want to have it opened you have to take it to the box counter and an employee will open it . Afterwards they will seal it back and give it to you to purchase or place behind the counter if you don't want it . -the Amazon app can be helpful ! If you have the Amazon app on your phone you can sometimes scan the barcodes on the boxes and bagged items to view the official Amazon listing . You can then see clearly what the item is , the price it retails for on Amazon and read reviews. This doesn't always work though because the bintime employees place new upc stickers over the original ones which aren't recognized by Amazon . - disposable gloves are great to wear here. You will be digging through things and touching lots of stuff so I always like to wear disposable gloves I can toss once I leave . -Saturday is the most expensive and busiest day ($5) because the most coveted items are dropped on this day . -right now 50 cent day is Wednesday. It's worth going to . I snagged a bunch of Aveda and Redken hair products as well as high end face products for 50 cents . It can often be just as busy as Saturday. - if you arrive before they open there will be a line . - if you are buying food make sure to check the expiration as they don't . -there's another section of the store called the "deal den" with a different selection of what they consider "premium items" priced higher than the bins. This kinda place is a once or twice a year visit for me . Other people seem to go every weekend and they seem more critical . But for me and my minimal visits , it's a fun time ! It can be chaotic and somewhat mentally exhausting but the adrenaline rush is real when you find a deal ! Have fun !

During my visit, I witnessed Annette engaging in what appeared to be racial profiling toward a Hispanic customer. Rather than handling the situation professionally, she openly agreed with another customer who made a comment suggesting the individual " she should learn how to speak English." Her behavior was inappropriate, unprofessional, and offensive. While the main customers are Hispanics. On top of that, when it came time for us to check out, Annette told us to look for the same skirt but with a price, even after we told her it was the last one on the shelf. She expected us to do her job and locate the information ourselves. This was my first time visiting the store, and unfortunately, it will also be my last. No one should be made to feel uncomfortable or disrespected while shopping.

My initial thought was that this might be a surplus store with bottom basement prices but it is actually a store that sells catalog clothing at standard or slightly discounted prices. They carry the Simply Southern brand among others that were not familiar to me. They had a little of everything from tees to jeans, dresses tops and accessories. If you seek, you will find as I did. I found a really cute navy jumper and a nice winter hat, very reasonably priced. Don't forget to check out the men's department featuring casual clothing and accessories, (like really cute and colorful belts). You can't take your kids (atleast as of 2021) , another interesting point is the requirement that all boxes be opened at the counter, I can see why this is needed but the amount that they require this is... a little much I have many many stories of being falsely accused of opening boxes and at times even being yelled at for doing so just because of my proximity to an open box (not because I opened the box) Other than that the place is a cool novelty and most of the time is a great experience, just be aware that there are some weird rules but they are TOTALLY worth following for the steals you can find here :)

However when we recently purchased a $2000 recliner, which showed signs of defect in only days. I liked that each person told me their name and asked me to let them know if I needed help. The place is massive. Much bigger than I expected. They said they get a truck full of furniture weekly so the stock is always changing. The nice thing is that most of the stock is available right away. Yet they do have some things that you can special order with the fabric of your choosing. Most of the furniture seemed to be mid grade in quality. Nothing junky but I don't think I saw a bunch of high end products. The prices seemed fair. I liked how they had furniture arranged into seating areas. Makes it easy to see how things would look pulled together. I was looking for something very specific that I did not find that day but I will definitely be back again. Especially since you probably see a totally different store every time you go in.

The salesperson who checked me out was Christen- well he messed up badly. 1. He did not apply the extra 40% off my red tag items. 2. I purchased shoes that had a security tag- HE DID NOT REMOVE THE SECURITY TAG. Everyone makes mistakes, but I would need to make a 2hr drive back to rectify his error.
