My cashier Kathy was super sweet and patient. She gave me an additional 15% off coupon she had available, and also signed me up for the rewards program, which got me another $5 of store credit. My mind is boggled at these discounts. And at the fact that I could even find stylish clothes, because I searched all over the Rushmore mall and found nothing that caught my eye. I wish I could've bought more, but I have to control myself. On a side note, keep in mind which entrance you come in through (shoes vs jewelry), because there are two and it can be confusing if you leave and can't find your car.

I could refill a prescription, a very critical medication, on Monday. Unfortunately, that Monday they are closed for a holiday. Had to wait until Tuesday, could've been a very bad situation for me considering the medication. I live out of town and it is approximately a 60 mile round trip. Told them I could do my errands on Saturday and that would be one day early. They wouldn't make that one day exception to their rules. They are more concerned about policy than patients health and convenience. The other review they have is from a doctor, I'm sure a friend of owner. They must have enough business to be comfortable treating and losing customers this way. Running out of these types of meds is playing with fire.

The mattress was delivered recently, and we also purchased two mattress covers based on the salesperson's recommendation. The issue is that the mattress covers were never shown to us at the time of purchase. When the salesperson said "mattress covers," we reasonably assumed they were padded mattress protectors, not very thin sheets. Had we known this, we would not have bought them. Because I recently had back surgery, these thin covers did not meet my needs. When I returned to the store today to request a refund ($50 each), the manager refused, stating that opened items cannot be returned--even though opening them is the only way to see what you're buying. Given the amount we spent and the lack of flexibility, this experience was very disappointing. Unfortunately, I will not return to Denver Mattress or recommend them to others. I understand store policies, but for a $3,400 purchase, some flexibility and consideration would have gone a long way.
