So, 1st trip to store... the fudds told me they couldn't sell it to me because I was an out-of-state resident. Another guy came over and said, "They're wrong ! I'll write you up, and the 3 days' shipping count as your 3-day wait." But, alas, I forgot some of my stuff, so... 2nd time in, I had all my stuff, spent over an hour filling out forms, only to hear, "3-day wait on this !" Okay, no problem but... confused... I'm standing around, and then another fudd comes out of the back and said, "Can't sell this to you because you have been in the state more than 90 days !" WHAT ? I demanded a refund, paid off my CLUB CARD, and went to Scheel's, where I bought a better gun, with zero hassle/ side-eye from clueless fudds. But, you know what ? Bass Pro Shop doesn't care, because they are the Walmart of the sporting goods world, and have the identical philosophy toward their customers. Bass Pro Rapid City will not get another cent from me.

I stopped in during late December, and there was a good range of skis and snowboards, and all the accessories you would need to go with them. They also have a few tubs of discounted name-brand gear. Salespeople were friendly and willing to help, but not at all pushy. Very impressed with this small shop.

I had no pen and tersely asked my wife if she had one. She did not. The individual pushed the cart all the way back to the store re-appeared 10 min. later with a pen. I signed, we left. When I got home, my Land Lord informed me the POLICE had called and wanted to do a welfare check on my wife because a Runnings employee had logged a complaint. WTF? I contacted management at Runnings Corporate but never received a follow up. My Land Lord said she will no longer order from Runnings.
