The guy behind the desk was nice but he needs to get out there and completely fix that place up ...the junk you had was so overpriced. Then this guy tells me they're opening up another store in McKenna. Are you kidding me? You need to curate it to be appealing. Not look like a garage sale. This place could be so nice in the center of Old Town. Yelm. But instead it's a junk hole. So disappointing. My advice to you is to completely re-merchandise it and set it up completely differently. It's a mess.

Talking to ai chat, and ai rep, I got no where. But once they sent me to the girl in drive up and go I was taken care of. She was so nice and said they will pick the order for me again and make sure I don't get the same doordash driver again. She even called me later to tell me the driver has the groceries in the car and on the way. Once they arrived I opened the door to a small plant and a sweet handwritten note apologizing from drive up and go. It made my day! That's phenomenal for Goodwill.

First of all, you must realize there's tons of coffee places in Washington, especially in Yelm I can count about 9 places that sell coffee on the main Street. And unfortunately people are lazy and like to drive through and get their beverages. So that's sort of a negative for Kravins. You need to make that place a coffee house. They had a business that did Do-It-Yourself terrariums in the back. It was very unique and it was sad that they didn't make it due to lack of support of this town. The rule of thumb is when you take over a business you need to make it better and more interesting . I went in the other day, because I heard they had soup there a while back. They no longer sell soup. So that's strike one. Their baked goods looked like they had bought them from the grocery store instead of either sourcing them from someone unique or baking them themselves. There are plenty of bakers that are independent in this town that you could source some really amazing baked goods from if you don't want to do it yourself. You need something like that to bring people in. I don't know why you don't have a soup and salad bar that would take your business to the next level. The cute shop and vintage items are gone and have been replaced with boring gift store items. Tim's pharmacy has the most unique items and they're right across the street. Why are you trying to reinvent the wheel with some humdrum stuff? I'm giving you free advice if you want to make that business go. You have to make it shine and be so unique. Even the drinks have to be different. I purchased a small smoothie that cost me almost $8 and it wasn't good. It was extremely sweet and it had a strange taste to it. Based on that visit I would never come back and I wouldn't recommend you to anybody. You have a really nice shop there. You need to really bring it up to the next level.
