We explained our bike issues and we all went to his shop and he gave the equipment a solid once over. I was able to get a helmet, pump, lock and even an extra padded seat. I always support veteran owned businesses when I can. Especially when they're this kind, quick, and knowledgeable. His operation is mobile, so I think I found my bike guy for the future. We had the pleasure of meeting Chaz and his amazing son and I'm so grateful for this experience! I wanted to get my bike fixed which he did very well but I also wanted to hopefully get a bigger bike for my son! He suggested that we look at his sons bike! My son fell in love with the bike and we bought it from him, then he ask if I wanted to look at his personal bike which I was very interested in. When I seen the bike it was more then I could have imagined he actually decide to sell me the bike! I was just beside myself especially when he shared the story of both bike to me! They take way too long in the drive thru. I've given them about a year to figure it out before I wrote another review but it hasn't gotten any better. I'm talking 15 min for a coffee, and that's IF there's only one car in front of you. I won't even stop if there's more than one. I'm here now and the girl is by herself and clearly overwhelmed. Schedule more baristas, for your employees sakes and your customers. I haven't even had my order taken and I've been sitting at the window for 9 minutes. I had four interactions with this coffee shop. The first time was good. Friendly owner, decent coffee, was good to check out the electric bikes. The second interaction - they lost their license somehow and we could not order any coffee at all. The third time - they were closed. Impossible to figure out the hours, as their are not posted anywhere. Today was the fourth and last time - closed again. Posted hours: "if the lights are on, we are open." I've visited the place a few weeks ago and seemed that little has changed since I visited the last. Well I mean that when I did visit them they didn't offer any munchies and now they do offer some grub but they don't make anything other than coffee drinks and smoothies. My drink of choice was a decaf dirty chai sweet and spicy with a apple fritter. They have a few areas to sit like at a bar with bar chairs, arm chairs and a few tables. Free secure wifi and a few .5mAh to 2.1mAh chargers on the bar. It has a bout 1/2 of the place it used to have when it was Schoolhouse coffee because of Baby-Boomer Bikes. The area where the bike shop is its a little messy with bikes taking up what space is available. I have yet to visit the cafe where the bike mechanic was in the shop. I brought my walker in on Saturday May 4, 2019 for a scheduled appointment to check the brakes on my walker as they hadn't been working correctly. They where so kind considerate and compassionate in checking, adjusting the brakes on my walker. They work great now and I am once again safe in setting on the seat of my walker and getting back up again because of the parking brake function now working the way it should. This was our first visit to our new neighborhood coffee shop but definitely not our last. From the friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable service by the baristas and the owner, Chazz to the delicious drinks we had, we are excited about the potential of this new place. I had an Orange Dream Smoothie that tasted just like a yummy creamsicle and my husband had a 'private pour' drip coffee. Both were winners that we would order again. This place is also a bicycle repair shop, specializing in electric bikes, so we plan to ride our bikes here at some point since we live just down the street. We plan to be regulars and look forward to stopping by to enjoy our daily coffee and great company at least several times a week. read more

Called to talk about a bike for my grandson and I'm talking with the barista as there is no one there for bikes, poor start. Secondly it sounds like they mainly have electric bikes for adults or bikes for toddlers, nothing in between. Went out for a quick walk around the neighborhood, ended up getting caught in the rain . We stumbled across this neat coffee shop and even though they weren't fully open, the owners let us in to wait out the rain. While waiting the owner Chazz and his family ensured we were comfortable while waiting and even offered us his signature drink "The Evergreen" at no cost !! Chazz was super friendly and engaging as he detailed out his plans for this coffee shop making it family friendly with a warm and inviting atmosphere. A great neighborhood coffee shop! I was a huge fan of Schoolhouse when it lived in the same location and was thrilled to be moving in down the road from it a few months ago; followed by big disappointment to find they had gone out of business. But then this gem opens up and saves the day! They have a great variety of drinks, the staff is friendly and knowledgable, and they are kid friendly! Mine love the smoothies and oversized checker board. I recommend the Americano with Nutella. I can't speak to the bike shop aspect of the place because I don't really know much about it or ever intend to utilize it, but the coffee speaks for itself. My friend and I were in the other day with our kiddos. They were getting a little restless so we let them go outside to play for a minute to burn off some energy. We asked the baristas if they would not clear our plates as we were planning to come back in after just a few minutes. There were currently no other customers in the restaurant minus one other man. They said yes but then as I was walking out I turned back to get my purse and the one barista was rolling her eyes and said loudly, why did they even come here then? Pretty disappointed in this coffee shop. I've been there multiple times since they have opened and the service is slow and inconsistent. Waited in the drive thru for ten minutes behind one car and eventually gave up, only to come inside and wait another ten minutes. Only one other customer was inside. Another time I sat at the drive thru window for five minutes and was never acknowledged. Coffee is nothing spectacular which is unfortunate because this neighborhood needs a quality coffee shop. The whole concept of merging a bike and coffee shop seems odd and I'm not really sure what their focus is. I wish them the best, but I won't make it back anytime soon. I miss Schoolhouse. read more
