I'd rather not have my info out floating around to who knows where so I signed up on a trial, and now use them for every internet connected computer in my company. I've had a few small issues with their service, as any VPN will have - it's the nature of the beast, especially here in Los Angeles, CA. one of the most "connected" cities in the world, but all have been dealt with fast and efficient. Their service is A+ bar none! I had a little issue with Outlook Express not being able to send or receive emails from my home computer - my ISP isn't very happy that I'm using a VPN, but it was worked out in a matter of a few emails. My email was responded to right away, with an answer to my question, not just the standard run around, I tried what they said might work and wha-la! I was up and running. And I received another email the next day just making sure that everything was still running A.O.K. and that I was happy and had no other issues. Now that's what customer service is!
