If a dish has a sauce that usually comes on it and you would prefer a different one not a problem! Im not saying the service is always polite but the food is good. My personal favorite is the homemade ricotta cheese ravioli with nuts and the tomatoes and creme sauce. Ravioli de Ricotta y nueces con sala rossa. Yum! I love it so much that we would go to the take home entrance of the fresh frozen pasta and pick up boxes of the Raviloli - Ricotta y Nueces as well as Ravioli de Ricotta y Jamón and Ravioli de Carne to take home and make for ourselves throughout the month. This is a chef-driven restaurant I would seek out again if it were in any city in the world. The room is beautiful, the service is impeccable and friendly, and the food reflected the skill of a chef who knows a thing or two about Italy: perfectly cooked al dented pastas, respect for simple, fresh ingredients, balanced but indulgent flavors.
