We usually only hire a professional cleaner once or twice a year to do a standard clean. We've traditionally gone through another service to book our cleaner and ended up paying twice as much for the same job. While we were instructed to provide the necessary cleaning materials, I don't mind that because we still have what is left over for our own use. We have been using Domestic Divas for several years now. I have always been happy with Heather and her professionals. I have had a few small issues over the years but my concerns are always addressed quickly and fairly. Honestly that says more to me about the business and their commitment to me as a customer vs. if everything went perfectly all the time. I would be remiss if I did not mention Laureen. She has been doing our cleaning every other week for about 3 or 4 months now. I cannot overstate what an AMAZING job she does. When I come home after she has worked her magic my house looks like it is ready for a photo shoot in a magazine. No streaks, no dirt found anywhere (she even gets under furniture) and everything sparkles. She is like an artist with a vacuum...seriously. Domestic Divas does a great job cleaning, but I had a terrible experience getting set up on any kind of schedule. My main issue with them was the communication and inability to get consistent cleanings. I was looking for a one time deep clean followed by biweekly cleanings from there on out. One of the managers responded quickly when I initially reached out and came out for a walk-through/quote in a short time frame. The pricing was fair and I scheduled the deep (spring) clean. They ask that you provide cleaning products (they give a specific list) so I went and bought ~$100 worth of products in preparation for their first cleaning. Morning of the deep clean, I got a text from the manager saying both cleaners called out. This was on a Monday. There was only one slot for a reschedule that week, which was a little frustrating because my house needed the cleaning badly. Following the deep clean, I reached out about scheduling biweekly cleaning, but again, tons of scheduling difficulty and constant follow up on my part. Managers have a habit of saying they'll get back to you by X date, then that date passes, you reach out, and then it still takes multiple days to get an answer. Consistently poor communication and organization. First biweekly cleaning (after the struggle to get scheduled) went great with a sparkly house. Second biweekly cleaning, it was a different cleaner who showed up over an hour late, took over 5 hours at the house (quoted time was 3-4 hours) and spent a large amount of time while at the house on their phone. Evening before the third biweekly cleaning, manager reached out to tell me that my regular cleaner was unable to come. She told me she'd get back to me the next day with a makeup date/time. I reached out the next day and her response was that I'd have to wait at least 3-4 more days for them to get me a date/time for next cleaning. Lots of telling me about how short staffed they are. At the end of the day, I understand being short staffed, and I understand that even the managers clean houses so they don't have tons of time for back end work. But if you promise me answers by a certain date, don't get upset with me for reaching out when I don't get an answer by that date. I was extremely flexible on day/time for cleanings, but the lack of organization just drove me over the edge and the lack of apology for the constant scheduling issues. Now I'm out over $100 for cleaning supplies that aren't ones I typically use. read more

They only do a good job on the first visit. Then they ask you to write a positive review & offer a free hour of service (which younger get) in exchange. Then they do a mediocre, at best ,job in following visits. They over charged me twice. ALWAYS check your bill. read more
