After my initial call and message he contacted me straight away and said he would come and give me a quote. Really nice guy,friendly and affable,he got into the job straight away,he really knew what he was talking about and was truly keen on getting the job completed to our satisfaction. Shane even made a few suggestions as to how to improve the job even more than we had thought of and the end result was fantastic. He is a genuinely nice guy and a great worker,just a family man doing the best for his family and doing amazing work at the same time. His final invoice price was fair and there were no upfront fees for anything and no stress about paying in a certain time frame. Their website was very informative (and quite well designed I might add ), email communications with Derek were very prompt and helpful, and the handymen were available for the express back yard cleaning I needed. After doing a bit more research and gathering a few quotes from different companies, city handyman offered the most reasonable quote BY FAR! Now to the actual work done.. I came home to a perfectly cleaned back yard. No rubbish or leaves left behind and the concrete was spotless! And we got an honest quote for another job we need to be done!
