The absolute worst company. Do not do business with this company. I was physically threatened by on of their delivery drivers for refusing an incomplete order. I reported this to management and they did nothing. This company hikes up their prices when ever they want Incomplete orders and soiled products. They strong arm you when you finally had enough and no longer want to do business with them. I made countless complaints both in person and on the phone with the manager about the service and the uniforms coming back unclean and charging me for lost or missing items when nothing was lost and other hidden fees that had nothing to do with my service..... This is the worst company I have ever used for my business. Total SCAM ARTISTS! Constantly sneaking fraudulent charges and items on to our weekly bills that we never ordered or even received, often didn't even drop off the items that we do order still charged for them. We just received a demand letter from their attorney today requesting over $4000 in liquidated damages (what a joke!) for the remaining months left in the original 5 year contract. We are in the middle of a pandemic and closed the office down and no longer need the service. I would stay far away from this company. Prior to the pandemic I tried to call multiple times to discuss the pricing since they are over priced compared to their competitors and left multiple messages and never received a return call. Obviously others have had the same experience with Domestic Linen that I have. This company will have you sign a contract with clauses that are designed to trap you into an unreasonable renewal/cancellation policy that automatically renews for 5 years. Heaven forbid you speak with someone in person. They require notification via registered mail for any issue with service or contracts. I firmly believe they sustain their cash flow through settlement and arbitration rather than providing any valuable service. This is a GREAT UNIFORM COMPANY I have dealt with many and dealing with Domestic has been by far the best. There Pleasant drivers are cooperative, quick, and neat, when adding or removing employees everything is always seamless. We use them for rugs, mops, shop towels, hand soap, air fresheners as well as Uniforms. Our Salesman is a great guy and always more than helpful, I would definitely recommend domestic to a friend. read more
