They called us this morning to say that the grey model was available and ready to drive away. So we drove an hour to get to Kirrawee and were told on arrival that "the fleet division had purchased all the demo models just a few hours ago". We were, however, welcome to purchase a new model. This felt like a bait and switch sales technique and we left feeling like Suzuki was trying to take advantage of us. We are now reconsidering our decision to buy a car with Suzuki and recommend that people do not deal with Tynan Motors.

Walked in on Sunday to look at prices for cars as we are looking at getting two new cars after we…read moreset up a home loan. The guy working there made condescending comments and thought he could give unsolicited advice about our financial choices , worst of it was that he completely did not listen to us to start so he wasn't really making sense . In any case , he could not give us any prices for the cars , and did not know anything that we didn't already know. I would say to him 'stay in your lane' with regard to customers and your discussion points, but he couldn't even do that. If I was ready to buy a car that day, I would not have bought it from this yard. FAIL

After the car broke down a month ago, the service centre informs me that extended warranty was never purchased by the dealer. Honest mistake? Perhaps. The dealer today still owes me: 1. warranty policy number 2. cost of warranty related repairs They seem excellently trained in giving excuses, delays, and not keeping promises. Any promise they made over the phone, they will refuse to put into email writing, and colour me surprised when I find the promise broken. As far as my experience with dealerships go, these guys take the crown for lack of integrity.

Ended up taking them to the tribunal and only then did they fix my car for me. It took 12months to get them to finally do what they should have done in the first place. Its disgusting that a supposably repeatable company in the Sutherland Shire can treat its customers so poorly. I will never own a Mazda Again and advise ANYONE who is considering buying a car from Sutherland Mazda to look elsewhere.

ZOOM ZOOM ZOOM AS FAR AS YOU CAN FROM SUTHERLAND MAZDA - BUYER BEWARE I purchased a Mazda 3 Touring…read moreSedan in June 2019 sold as a near new demo with low kms and factory quality. Fast track to Jan 2025 and the paint has completely failed on the bonnet. As a result I have discovered that 5 panels of my car have been resprayed and the clear coat has failed due to a substandard respray. There was also panel repairs to the bonnet. Though I paid for full paint protection, I have learnt this can't protect against clear coat failure due to a dodgy paint job. I have never undertaken any panel repairs or resprays. Following a paint inspection with Sutherland Mazda to determine when this occurred they conveniently have NO RECORD of any repairs or resprays ... All I know this was done prior to my purchase as not done during my ownership which leads me to the conclude that either Sutherland Mazda are atrocious at recording keeping or intentionally omitting. You be the judge. Either way the consumer suffers and it becomes a David and Goliath battle of your word against theirs. Sad thing is they make it hard and most of us little consumers end up paying the price for deceptive practices allowing this to continue. I'm just seeking and hoping for a fair and honest resolution. Let's hope Sutherland Mazda can come to the party. My advice GET A FULL PRESALE CAR INSPECTION IF BUYING FROM SUTHERLAND MAZDA on any DEMO or USED CAR vehicles. Possibly even the NEW ones. From this experience I have learnt you cannot trust you are buying from a reputable dealership. Lesson learnt. Any one had any similar experiences?
