He did not assist me in finding the right psychologist for a prior conviction that I had expunged through the court in the past, but an evaluation from the psychologist was necessary for a K-1 petition. He did nothing for my case, but gathered all my documents and submitted it to USCIS, which ended up in a denial. If you are looking for an immigration attorney with a prior conviction, I do not recommend Brandon Stevens, as he is not very experienced with immigration law. Don't waste your money with this lawyer as he is not good to handle complicated immigration processes which requires many years of experience.
