I know I'm not a continual client but I am a client wanting a special item to award someone truly worthy and the service definitely didn't feel like that- it felt more like a transaction. At first I was told I could get the item in 5 days but then 2 days into it I get a call by another person saying it was going to take one week. Sucks cuz I was mis informed but it worked out cuz I didn't need it until then anyway. Went back and forth with emails and revisions and for the most part they are responsive. I don't think they are graphic designers but they are familiar with standard layouts for awards. When we got there its a small place nothing too fancy with lots of trophy examples. We get there and the name on the award was spelled wrong and the girl at the front insisted it was right without even reading through all the back and forth emails. That's ok, luckily they had ordered extras and it wasn't going to be more of a delay. Kind of inconvenient that it got printed wrong and there was no compensation for the inconvenience. Overall, I would say they have a good product and could use a little passion in their service.

He was very honest with me and not only did I get exactly what I requested but the price was very fair. The mug says best man and I will post a picture of it. I wanted to give them 5 stars because they were so friends and helpful but I gave 5 o my because it was SO expensive! They charge $1 to engrave per letter but in the end I guess it's worth it because you are left with a sentimental gift
