Time management. This is the second time I've ordered way in advance while I am out shopping and come by to see about it being ready estimate time it said it'll be ready was 24-30 mins. Get here at 30 mins and still fourth in line to be prepped. Like mentioned before being one of the few pizza joints open use the opportunity to be one of the best. This is getting worse and worse. I've eaten from the Dominos here in Corinth a lot over the years and it's always been hit or miss on the service. Food taking forever to get made, delivery drivers not even bothering to knock after dropping off pizzas then demanding on the reciept to get a tip, etc. (Tipping culture in general is bad, and companies should pay a fair wage instead of expecting customers to pay extra on top of the already high delivery fee, but I digress.) I still got it a decent bit though because the other pizza options are also lackluster here in town, particularly for delivery. That ends today however. I'm not a person who typically bothers writing reviews, but they managed to anger me enough today that I'm doing so. I ordered two pizzas for delivery, When the arrived, the driver just set them down outside, as per the request for contactless delivery, but didn't knock even though that was requested. I have no idea how long the food was sitting out there for, and only checked because I knew they had a habit of doing so. Once I got the pizzas in, my roommate and I discovered that neither pizza had any sauce on them, (though after closely inspecting we eventually discovered a couple of very small spots of sauce near the crust). Naturally I called to complain, as that's a large part of what makes a pizza a pizza, and while we've had small issues with them before, this was a big one. When I got on the phone with the store, I explained the situation and they put me on hold twice. Then they adamantly refused to accept that they had made a mistake, even though I have pictures showing the pizza with no sauce on it, (not that they gave me a chance to send them said pictures as proof), and kept insisting that they put a "whole bottle" on them and that I was wrong and there was definitely sauce on the pizzas. They continuously insisted that they had put sauce on it and that there was absolutely nothing they could do about it, because I was wrong. I'll freely admit that at this point I lost my temper with them and told them to fuck off, as it was clear that they weren't going to even attempt to verify that I was telling the truth and just continue insisting that they were right and I was wrong. In all honesty, I wasn't even that mad about the pizzas, but I did want some sort of compensation or rectification of this issue. Money is tight these days for everyone, and I only order pizzas because it's a couple of meals worth of food for a relatively cheap price, while still usually being something good. I've worked in the food industry before and I know dealing with customer complaints can be tiresome, and there are some who will try to scam you out of free food, but you cannot just tell customers that they're wrong even when they're offering to show you proof of a mistake on your end. Had they even tried to be reasonable and even given me something as small as a $5 off coupon I would have been satisfied, but instead they refused any compensation at all. Luckily my order had been through online, and the interface there allowed me to file a complaint and get some reward points credited to my account instead. I'll never be using it at the Dominos here in town again, but maybe sometime when I'm out of town I'll find a use for it. I know I certainly won't be eating from the one here ever again. read more

In a small town where there is only one or two pizza joints in town, this is the worst Dominos pizza I've ever had. The management has horrible customer service skills. Your expected to pay for food that is not made to your liking. As long as its made to Dominos standards, they don't care how you want to your food. I ordered our usual tonight! The food is always good and the price is reasonable. For a family of 5 and we each get to pick a pizza we love for the $5.99 advertised price is even better. Until tonight... i went online to order the usual and the internet was down for our local restaurant. There were storms in the area so naturally we just called it it. The young man said 25 minutes and I sent my son to pick up. They did not give a total over the phone or at the window but my son questioned the total when he arrived home. We normally pay around $32. we always get the same, but for some reason tonight the total was double at $68. Keep in mind it was 4 medium 2 topping pizzas and bread bites. I thought oh this is just a mistake and it double the price. i Just called the store and spoke with a Store Manager. She told me there was nothing she could or would do it was not her fault the internet was down. She placed the blame solely on her company stated "when the internet is down you may the prices I say." I asked for her name she said I do not have to give you my name. I said ok can I speak to your supervisor and she said "the line stops here, I am in charge there is no one over me". I have dealt with lots of companies in many different aspects but I have never felt so disrespected. I ask if she could credit something back and she said no! you pay what I say. I was shocked at her lack of care of the clients of Dominos pizza. on this day I wanted to treat me family to something we had not had in awhile. Money has been very hard to come by with having Covid and not getting to work as much I wanted to see my children enjoy their favorite pizza! This experience left us all disappointed and frustrated. The pizzas where all wrong and there was next to now sauce on them and the parm bites were hard as rocks! Covid wins again. I usually stick with Pizza Hut for my pizza fix. I came across a code from Domino's, giving me a pretty large discount, so why not. Placing the order online was pretty routine and went smoothly. After I placed the order, a widget popped up on the page. It is their 'patent-pending tracker'. It displays 5 various steps in their processing and handling of your order, with time stamps. Within 10 seconds of me clicking "place order", widget tells me Angie is processing my order. Oh? Ok! Angie is on the ball today. Less than one minute elapses and Angie is already assembling and customizing my order. You go Angie! Less than 2 minutes in and Angie is already placing my order in the oven. Oh? Ok, that seems a tad speedy, to be made fresh. Hmmm, probably made my crust yesterday because she had a feeling I would be placing my order today. What the hell? Only 3 minutes in the oven? Widget, tell me it ain't so! Angie is at step 4 of the widget,"quality checking" my pizza to be delivered by Denha. Come on widget, seriously? You are telling me that Denha is already on her way to my house, with that pizza? Widget, you realize, I only live 4 miles away? That would mean, I sat in the comfort of my home and ordered a fresh, made-to-order pizza and had it at my door, piping hot, in less than 10 minutes. Widget doesn't bat an eye and tells me Denha started her delivery to me at 1:30. Wow! She's going to be here before I get the money dug out to tip her. I have to grab the plates and fix drinks! Damn! The pizza will be delivered and I am not ready. Shoot, still got to put the cats in their room, so I can eat, unmolested. Dang! Widget just told me she is here already. A 3 minute drive? Damn, she is swift. Widget? You are messing with me now. There is nobody at the door. Nobody in the drive. Nobody in the neighborhood. Matter of fact, nobody on the cross street. Widget, I don't have time for your jokes, I have to get the cats put up and the plates set out. What is it now widget? You want me to rate Denha on her punctuality and politeness as she dropped off my order 2 minutes ago? But widget, Denha hasn't been here, yet. Stop teasing me. Ok, on with getting prepped for pizza. Cats are up? Check. Tip money next to the door? Check. Can of Pepsi opened and ready? Check. Plates out? Check. 1:45, Pacing the floor? Check. Pepsi losing bubbles and going flat? Check. Cats meowing and wondering why they are locked up? Check. No sign of Denha? Check. 10 minutes pass, no more updates from Widget, he has done his job. I call Domino's and inquire about...well, I didn't get it out of my mouth and she told me it is being delivered now. I say widget told me it was already delivered. Lady on the phone (could be Angie) tells me it is on the way. I say, "is Denha bringing it?" and she assures me it is Denha. Ok, I have to go pee. I know, as soon as I get up, Denha will bang on the front door. I will pee after Denha leaves. Hush up kitties, you can get back out in a few minutes, after your Aunt Denha leaves and I finish eating. Nice race, so far. I still need to pee. Maybe, if I look out the door again, Denha will be there. I could pee. Hmmm? Imagine that. No Denha. I am going to go pee. Denha can just wait at the door. Whoa! That feels so much better. Whew! I am ready to eat. Too bad I have to wait on Denha to drive so long to get my sustenance to me today. I didn't realize it takes so long to drive 4 miles. I guess I really am use to this area and don't know how long I am on the road, just to get to a Kroger. Maybe I need to look out the door. Strike! She's not there yet. I know what I can do. That one cat that doesn't want anybody to see her, I can let her watch the door for me. If she sees Denha, she will bolt and run, letting me know food is here. Damn, I am smart. Oh great. The wind is gusting, leaves are blowing everywhere, cat is jumping and twitching at everything that moves outside the door. I think I need to pee again. What the hell got into that cat? Why is she running into the other room? Oh! Denha must be here. Yep, finally. Thank you Denha, here is your tip. Uh oh. This isn't a good sign....the bottom of the box isn't warm. Shut up! I'm hungry, put it on the plate and eat. I wonder why Domino's doesn't have Canadian Bacon and instead I had to choose bacon? Hmm, bacon isn't smoked. Is that a deal breaker? Probably. Crust has a light brushing of garlic butter, pretty tasty. Does that hide the fact the bacon has no flavor? No, that is a seperate issue. Can my husband hear me, am I talking out loud? No? OK. Damn Angie! You should have left it in the oven longer. My sausage is cold and wet in the middle. I wonder if Hunt's Brothers makes a good Pizza? It always looks good in the race car ads. Angie forgot the sauce on this one. Hmm, guess that explains how she got it to the oven so fast. Man! This is bland, I can only taste the onions. Boy, am I glad I used that code and saved $9.00. This Dominos is awful. We called our pizza in an hour and a half before we arrived in town for the evening. The man who took my order was very kind and polite. The pizza came 40 minutes late and was lukewarm. We called about the lateness and the fact there was no marinara included with the bread sticks. The woman we spoke to there was horrible as far as customer service goes. Super disappointed. Boo! read more

High marks for customer service! They are very cheerful and friendly when you pick up your pizza. We completely switched from Papa John's to Dominos because of the speed, accuracy, and great service. We had a mix up one time because of the iPhone app. They called immediately after and wanted to make it right. We told them the pizza was good and we ate it so no complaints here. read more

First of all, I was charged twice for my order! Second, when I called the store and talked to the manager ( Hailey Bonds) she said that there was no way i was charges twice.I explained to her that i had 2 transaction numbers and she said "Well I guess you need to take that up with your bank". I ask if I could have the transaction number she had and she said that she didn't have that,I guess I'm confused how she knew I wasn't charged twice if she didn't have that. She was very rude and not at all concerned that I had been over charged. Very Poor Customer Service!
