The place is bigger than the other places in town and I could see this place being good to watch a hockey game with all the tv's BAD: My friend went outside for a smoke and ended up smoking a phat joint with the waiter named Taintum. Should not be high when serving! UGLY: It was hot in there and the waiter was sweating profusely. It's not a big place so we could hear Taindum talking with a guest at the bar, he said his sweaty privates smelled like moldy playdoh. Friggin gross! The boys laughed (especially the high one). They make really good pizza. Both pies were prepared really well and contained a good balance of ingredients. The crust, sauce, and cheese were right on point, too. I like that they've got a bunch of good deals and daily specials, as well. It's not difficult to see why Donatelli's has become so beloved in this neighborhood.

I was craving some chili, and I know that Pizza Pizza makes a decent one so I ordered that alongside some onion rings and an energy drink. I waited almost the full "40 minutes or it's free" timeframe before the delivery guy showed up, which wasn't an issue to me. My problem was with something else. The delivery guy pulled out my onion rings and Monster and handed them to me. So far, so good. But then he goes to grab the chili out of the bag and ends up dropping it ALL OVER the carpeted floor outside my apartment door. It spills everywhere, including on me, and all the delivery guy had to say was "well, that sucks" and proceeded to ring up my order on the debit machine for me to pay. I told him I wasn't planning on paying for the chili that he just dropped on the floor, as that was in no way my fault, but this guy continued to demand that I pay for everything, even threatening to call his manager - to which I accepted his "threat", and told him I would be happy to explain the situation and get him in shit with his boss. tl;dr version, he forced me to pay for everything, including the chili, AND didn't even offer to assist in cleaning the carpet, which now has a huge stain on it, as well as smells like something died because it seeped into the carpet. Thanks, Pizza Pizza guy. You're lucky I didn't catch your name or I'd call you out right here.
