Awful service. The workers at this Domino's Pizza don't want to do their jobs. They are impolite, often very late, the order is sometimes marked as delivered, leaving you wondering where's the order. Additionally, more often than not, instead of brining your order to your door they call from they are on the way to tell you to come outside to collect the order. Today they refused to bring my order to the door and went back to the store. I called the store and asked for a refund. Absolutely the WORST dominos establishment. I ordered my food at 11:30 and didn't get it until 1:20am. When I called I was put on hold for 10 minutes and ended up hanging up and trying again later and it still took another 3 10 minute calls for someone to pick up. I used 2 different phones both on hold because I thought maybe something was wrong with mine. Once it said it was out for delivery it took over an hour for it to get to my house that's usually a 10 minute drive. On the tracker it said it was at my place 50 minutes before it even got here. Once I got it the order was messed up, there wasn't even any pizza sauce just cheese and I had been waiting so long my pizza wasn't even hot it was just lightly warm I was so disappointed. I usually try to find a reason to give an establishment more than one star, but this place almost made it impossible. I've been ordering from this domino's for seven years. It's the only one on the Rockaway peninsula, unfortunately. I've NEVER had a good experience. The customer service is average. Not amazing and not terrible. The pizza always comes missing something. Or is cooked terribly. Recently, I ordered pizza and my pineapples were missing. I was also given a pizza that had the cheese only on one side with some of it spilling onto the box. When I called to complain, I had to call literally 6 times to get someone to pick up. The employee that answered the phone claimed to be the manager. After complaining for a few minutes about the service/pizza she put on the real manager. The manager offered to credit me for my next visit. I really wanted to give them ZERO stars but I guess 1 will do. This domino's is theeeee most Rudest store I have ever ordered/ been to. I placed my order through the app an when it came it was wrong. Now I know things happen and if it wasn't the stores fault then it could've been the apps fault. However I know what I ordered. Once I called the store one of the employees got rude and started yelling at me that "It's not his problem". Then he gets his manager on the phone and he's nooooo better. I explain what happened an he starts yelling at me too. I dont know who is in charge over there but they need to be checked. They are rude, unprofessional and nasty. This Domino's used to be infamously known for it's horrible delivery times. As a matter of fact, there was one instance where I ordered a pizza that simply never arrived. Although it has gotten a bit better over the years, the service is still bad. While the pizza arrives much faster than it used to, the customer service and delivery service leaves something to be desired. Forgotten items and crushed/disfigured food items are not uncommon. Despite it flaws, the food was always very delicious. However, I always found it a nuisance that they were unwilling to deliver pizza up to my apartment. I always had to go downstairs to pick up my pizza. That really starts to get annoying after a while, especially when you live high up (I live on the 25th floor). Despite their flaws, I bought pizza from them religiously for several years. I bought so much pizza from this place that they'd often end up sending me special coupons for being such a dedicated customer, which was a nice perk. However, about a year ago, I had an incident with a delivery man who gave me sass because I didn't go outside to his car to pick up the pizza. Even though they refuse to deliver to my apartment building, the delivery people always had the courtesy to, at the very least, come into the lobby to give me my food. I spent 15 minutes waiting for this guy in my lobby before he decided to show up. When he finally arrives, he starts complaining about the fact that he had to get out of his car and go into the building. Apparently he didn't want to leave the car because it was cold so he just sat there waiting for me to come outside. That was the last straw for me. I have not ordered from Domino's since then. These days I buy pizza almost exclusively from J&M pizzeria (great place a couple blocks away from Domino s) and, on occasion, pizza hut in 5 towns (another great place). I'm a strong believer in giving everyone a fair chance. With that being said it took quite a bit for me to write this review. I've been living on the Peninsula for the past 7 years and this is the only Domino's around so even after all the bad service over the years we are forced to go back. This place literally provides the worse fast food experience time and time again. Over the years I've had issues with deliveries being very late, cashiers don't have change, cashiers short changing you (even if it's a few cents), problems with my order, customer service in general and difficulty ordering by phone since it's very hard to understand the accent of the representatives and for them to understand you. Today I placed a very simple order by phone (Medium Pizza,14 buffalo wings and cinnamon sticks). It was very challenging between the accent, background noise and him trying to find out if I wanted the same order I made three months ago. (They have this information from pulling up your phone number). I finally got my order in and was told it would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes. I got to the store about 20-25 minutes later and was promptly greeted and after asking my name was told that my cinnamon sticks weren't quite ready yet. I waited and waited and waited some more about 30 minutes altogether in the store. All this time I was the only customer in the store. The employees were busy prepping or pretending to be busy I guess. Finally the guy that greeted me came back to the window and was looking at me in shock. (Like are you still here). He looked for my order again and sure enough it was sitting there the whole 30 minutes even before I came to the store. So I wasted 30 minutes of my evening waiting for something that was there all along if only he had organized himself better or looked properly in the first place. After I found that out he apologized and I told him I won't need the order anymore and left. I will never go back to this location again. They are definitely my worst ever fast food experience....maybe we should not even consider them "fast food" more like "slow food" or "no food". I will definitely be calling corporate and making a complaint as well. read more

They are usually 2 hours late with food, and completely bypass my address. Sometimes the food is cold or has something missing and they claim they cannot do a refund on one item. When you call, you are often put on hold on hung up on before they even solve the problems you have. Don't even bother going by the pizza tracker for this store because nine times out of ten they will say they left the store by tracker and the driver won't even be in the car yet by the time a call to the store is made. After charging my card for my order there were two other fraudulent charges for pizza at two different Florida Dominos locations and I was told I just have to take it up with my bank. The food is really not that good to be enduring so much stress either. I'm switching stores to order from in the future because this location is soo notoriously awful. read more

I placed an order, I have a large amount of patience. It took me three calls to the delivery driver, two phone calls to the manager and an hour and a half wait to cancel my order. I called in to cancel and get a refund and was told by the manager it was done. One week(8days) later, I still have not received the refund. After ordering a pick up because their delivery takes over an hour i decided i would walk...mind you it's 12am i get there for my pick up(bread bowl) and the order is incorrect I asked if they could deliver it instead he said no....after leaving out of frustration i decided to go back because i had already walked all the way there they make it over and i get home to a completely raw bread bowl filled with cornmeal and raw dough...i thought it was cheese but after having a mouth full of grainy dough i immediately spit it out! It's an okay Domino's. The same Domino's food as in all Domino's. My complaint against this Domino's is that they're the only delivery service that refuses to come up (I live in a building and most other delivery services in the area usually come up unless there really is no parking or it's there first time in the building and they're confused.). Sometimes they say it's because there's no parking but then I go downstairs there is usually parking! The drivers are just in a rush. Sometimes they're polite but I have experienced some drivers that aren't. read more

Ok so I changed my order and brownies was suppose to be the substitution for the lava cake. It took three hours for me to receive my order. I was so upset, annoyed, and disgusted when I received my order. First my order was wrong and cold and plus they forgot one of my items. Trying to reach them is impossible. The most terrible service i have ever received. I ordered online at 11:30 pm on 2/3/2016. Around 12:45, I began to call about my order. First call, I was on hold for 10-15 minutes and hung up on. Second call, I held for about 30 minutes. The employee answers the phone with no hello but " Is this (inserts my address) ? Your pizza is on the way" and hangs up. Now its about 1:37am and im pissed but im like ok, the pizza is coming. Three in the morning, i go to sleep. I call up the store the next day and the manager apologizes and says the order was canceled and that I wasnt charged. Oh but ofcourse i was charged ! Skip forward to today im made my 4th (maybe 5th) call to corporate. After so many "a district manager will contact you" or "The notes say someone contacted you is your number ...." some finally started my refund process and gives me a 20$ gift card. I've been ordering from this domino's for many years and every experience is worse than the last. It's the only one anywhere near me that delivers. Many times my order is wrong, or COLD. I ordered today and it took an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive, the last time it took 3. I called to complain today and was on hold for 15 minutes without speaking to someone. When I finally heard someone pick the phone up they hung up! When the delivery driver finally showed up after calling me and asking me for directions, i asked him why it takes so long. His response? Their food is not the greatest, but their customer service is ABSOLUTELY wonderful! I try to avoid their pastas because the last one I ordered (the macaroni and cheese) had grease that seemed to be sitting on top of it. I have done the create your own pasta, which was actually pretty good. I stuck with veggies, pasta noodles and marinara sauce. The parmesan bread bites are also pretty good, and the pizza is not bad. Compared to the Papa John's in the area, they absolutely surpass their customer service, delivery time and also their food. read more
