As soon as I entered the store, I was greeted by the staff and then I explained the situation. They made sure they checked they did not see my name on the order list first, then helped me to place an order in store with the same promo. It was around 6pm dinner time on Sunday, however my order only took 15 min, handed over to me super hot.
