I'm from the states and I know we have a bad wrap in other countries, so I didn't want to be the stereotypical American (I'm not white, I'm actually Mexican American) but still I didn't want to be that person. So I just re ordered what I wanted not once did we send the food back. When we finished I asked Ale for boxes she actually boxed our food. Our bill was about $1,600 pesos and we left her a $150 peso tip . I was mortified when she comes after us and demands $300 pesos tip because that's about the 20% she was supposed to get. I was under the impression that tips were optional and given for good service, I got ok service and I did tell her at least one of the order was wrong, she would take off for long periods of time. I just didn't think she deserved the $300 pesos and I just gave In because I didn't want to make a scene. That whole experience sucked and I was super embarrassed. So the restaurant was good the waitress was horrible.

I used the Rappi app to deliver to us, and for some reason even though it was entered the address was not appearing. After 10 minutes after estimated delivery we realized our end of the error and tried to fix it. First phone number was broken. Second one got to dominos, but they use the worst hotline system. We followed it and it played some ads. When trying to connect to a person we couldn't at all. We tried to cancel the order or message them with the app, and it says to cancel via calling the restaurant. They have my phone number. I don't understand why they couldn't call me.
