I've kinda been turned off on pizza in general and Dominos in particular for awhile but there was a special on pizza and I thought I'd give it a try. I was glad I did! Since it was 50% off online orders pizzas were value priced but they were very good! I ordered " The Peoplés Pizza " and my daughter ordered the Pacific Coast Pizza. Both were amazing. Loads of cheese and toppings. Great stuffed crust. Even though it was an online order and it was placed in their pick up heated area, the crew made a special point of thanking me and telling me to come back soon. Pizza was done in a jiffy, less than 20 mins! Also it had been a cold day with sleet and rain mixed but they sidewalks and parking lot were VERY well salted and safe! We were staying in the area. Decided to order takeout. The pizza that we ordered was very good. We decided to order two different types of wings. Barbecue and Parmesan Garlic. They were so small there's no way they were from a normal size chicken. Unbeknownst to me, Domino drizzles the sauce over the wings. We had some pieces that didn't hardly have any sauce on them at all. I called to voice my opinion, and was told I could get a $10 credit which in turn I told them we do not have a Domino's near the location where I live. I just wasn't happy. This dominoes is bad for business do not go there. I ordered a pizza and when I got there the pizza was the wrong size with the wrong topping selection. When asked to talk to a manager I was told they are to busy to deal with me and my situation when I was the only customer at the store.If the store manage is to busy for customers they should not be working. I'm highly disappointed due to the fact that I paid for the mix and match the only thing that was right about this order was the message that was on the box. I placed an order at 2:15 p.m. yesterday for a mix and match deal two topping pan pizzas one being black olives and sausage the other being pineapple and bacon. When I arrived home from my shift at 11:45 p.m. I was notified and saw with my own eyes that the pizzas were not properly prepared even though they were given 4 hours in advance for a time-sensitive order that was supposed to be delivered to my address by 7:00 p.m. I did stop into the store around midnight to ask what the issue was and why we couldn't relay circumstantial information accordingly I asked why I didn't get a receipt I asked what had happened in between my phone call and the delivery because this is inappropriate behavior. I also said since it's Halloween and I got a bunch of tricks where is my treat at you want to explain to a 6-year-old why she didn't get a dinner that she asked for. I'm beyond disgusted I'm still waiting on my reversal to process in my bank account if I have to I will dispute the charges. The last time I had this big of an issue was over 5 years ago when they wrote a very vulgar message on my pizza box stating that if I wanted it made a certain way I could find do it myself. I stated to the woman that was acting as manager who was wearing a Cleopatra costume last night this was not the first time that I've had a huge issue at this location, I didn't understand what the malfunction was and if she could break it down and explain it to me and give me a good excuse as to why something happened this way when they had over 4 hours to make sure things were made appropriately and to the specified requested toppings. I would love to understand how people aren't able to read a screen unless they are under the influence of something. It looked like someone that had smoked a massive blunt made my pizza. I have worked in food, a majority of the time when things aren't reiterated correctly it is because someone is under the influence of something whether it's drugs or alcohol I have watched it happen. I'm beyond disgusted and appalled when I purposely went in there to ask what the malfunction was and why things panned out the way they did I would have been better off playing where's Waldo. I have nothing nice to say about this store right now I would have had a better time ordering a hot and ready pizza because I at least I would have known what I was signing up for. As a parent who has a child that is exceedingly specific with tastes smells textures I think it's hugely inappropriate to send a child something that they know their parents know that they're not going to eat. I truly hope that they feel proud of their mishap because I'm not. to be honest I don't feel like ever calling this store again after being played dumb with. Going in at midnight oh we can't find the order are you sure you ordered here do you have your receipt it almost feels as if this whole scenario was planned. I would like to know what the major malfunction is I would like a rational explanation as to why if you are given four hours to make sure that something is prepared to its specified topping why they can't be done correctly the first time. I don't understand how you can mess something up when you have four hours not to do so. Anyone else that's reading this just go to Little Caesars at least they'll treat you better. They now use an offshore order company in the Philippines which really had a hard time understanding my order. I had to repeat it over and over again. it was extremely frustrating. i order from this dominos all of the time, and ive tried other locations and nothing compares to the mount pleasant one. ill get delivery at 1 am when i was in the dorms and the employees were always so nice and fast. they are amazing at customer service and quality control. The pizzas are the BEST like i dont even think authentic pizzas can compare to how the mount pleasant location makes them. Always delicious always warm. The incompetence of the young man who answered the phone and laughed at me when he said that the "7.99 3-Topping Medium Hand Made Pizza" was not for call-in orders, was beyond rude. He was condescending and unknowledgeable, but worse, kept saying it was MY fault and laughing at me. After he told me that they are not affiliated with Dominos.com and laughed at me again and telling me I didn't know what I was talking about, I told him I would just order from someone else, he hung up on me. I called back immediately to speak with a manager. The manager found the common coupon instantly, but would not give me her name. I asked who the rude guy was and she said "She didn't know." Terrible customer service. The guy who answered the phone got my order wrong, even though I corrected him multiple times on the phone and told him exactly what I wanted. I couldn't have been more clear with my order and made sure he repeated it back to me, but somehow he still messed it up once I went to pick it up. The employees are rude, and my pizza is almost always wrong when I order and was cold. And not too long ago this dominos delivery driver was driving behind me, and was riding my bumper even though he had room to get over and pass me. Mind you I was going above the speed limit. Ordered and paid online at 5PM for pick-up at Mt. Pleasant Domino's. Was at store at 5:45PM and person at the counter seemed to find one part of the three piece order and was checking out where the rest was. Then never came back to the counter. Another employee showed up to work and took over the counter at 6:00PM I asked about my order and that I've been waiting 15 minutes. She responded I just got here, wrong answer. I asked for the manager and now its 6:05PM he apologized and went to see about the order and did not come back to communicate any status. By now there is about 12-15 people waiting to pick up orders and the 12+ employees are in panic mode with the rush. 30 minutes after I should have had my order ready I get it, no apology. I am thinking twice now about going back to this location for pizza. For sure will not pay online, if it's not ready when expected I'll cancel the order right there.
