10/10 service: Kevin is amazing - so knowledgeable about the menu and shared his recommendations. He was quick, attentive and professional with a great friendly demeanor. 10/10 food: get the Sliders, they're phenomenal, juicy, packed with flavor on the perfectly toasted mini slider bun buttery and delicious + absolutely get the Dill Potato Salad - likely the best potato salad, creamiest potato salad I've ever tried. The corn nuggets albeit not homemade, tasted like perfection and the dipping sauce was the perfect complement. 10/10 craft brews: all made on site from Mountain Town Brewing Co. Favorites: Railyard Raspberry - Raspberry Wheat Ale, The Wife is Calling - Light Honey Lager & Blood Orange Moscow Mule - all on tap! The outdoor seating options were perfect for a beautiful night. It was our first time here and we will absolutely be back. Oh, and don't forget you get 15% off as a Great Lakes Bay Dining Card member - great deals!

The atmosphere was very much a modern brew house meets western bbq. Even with dark walls the large windows and lights make the place plenty bright and welcoming. I ordered the Ultimate Sampler ($45). This has Sliced Beef Brisket, Sliced Tri-Tip, Pulled Pork, Shredded Chicken, Jalapeno Cheddar Sausage, Smoked Chicken Wings, Ribs, Cornbread (2), Pickled Onions, Sweet & Spicy Pickles, & Choice of Two Sides. I got Baked Beans and Mashed Potatoes. The portion sizes were generous and the say feeds 2. I would say it could feed 3. The brisket was very good, just a tad dry, however very tender. The Tri-tip was good, just a little tough. The pulled pork and shredded chicken were both excellent. As were the ribs and chicken wings. The sausage was ehh. The cornbread was very good. The pickles were excellent. The baked beans and boursin mashed potatoes were both fantastic and worth visiting for those alone. My ranking of everything from my Best to least favorite: Ribs, Chicken Wings, Pulled Pork, Baked Beans, Mashed Potatoes, Shredded Chicken, Cornbread, Brisket, Tri-tip, and lastly sausage. Nothing was bad, and a lot was excellent! They have 6 sauces to choose from: Regular Bbq, Cajun Bbq, Apple Bbq, Korean Bbq, Alabama White, and Carolina Gold. They were all good. The service was very friendly and helpful. Overall a 4 1/2 star review. Since I have to round, I'll round to 4. Would I return? Absolutely. Very good bbq.

Craving some amazing BBQ in Mt Pleasant after a big win at the casino? Summit Smokehouse is a great option. Indoor tables & bar (in-house brewery) & outdoor patio seating. Ordered Smokehouse Mac Skillet with Pulled Beef Brisket. Nice and cheesy, large portion of smokey briskit served in the cast iron skillet. Tableside housemade BBQ sauce varieties to add. Mississippi Pot Roast was enjoyed. Big Tex Wrap was enjoyed. Great, friendly, attentive service from staff. Highly recommend!

I met up with a couple local friends for dinner at Summit recently. The space is huge and we were seated right away as it wasn't busy. As expected, the menu includes quite a bit of smoked meat and beer! I was having a tough time choosing what to get since I normally would order a sampler platter at a BBQ spot. However, Summit doesn't have a single person platter, only larger options meant for multiple people. I would love if they added an option to choose one or two meats + sides rather than having to order the BBQ a la carte. I decided on the BB-Cuban sandwich that came with waffle fries. The sandwich was huge and I had leftovers. I really liked the mustard and it was stuffed with a generous amount of pork. The bread was soft and the fries were crispy and delicious. I really liked this sandwich and the leftovers were still good reheated the next day. I'd come back to Summit but would really love a smaller sampler platter option!

The food was fabulous! My husband had the ribs. The meat fell off the bone. The potato salad and baked beans were also good. I had the T-bone steak and it was also yummy. The seasoning used negated the need for any steak sauce. The sides are ample. The service was also good. Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. There is plenty of room with a cool bar area separate from the dining area. This was our first time eating here. Now that we know it exists, it will be part of our rotation.

Always love stopping here to pick up a couple 6 packs of train wrecks. They have a small bar in the back for Drinks only and a regular restaurant and bar in the front. We decided to eat and split a BBQ Chicken sandwich and fries. Both were delicious and we will for sure be stopping to eat here again. Our bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the brand and offered up areas in Macomb where we can find train wrecks. Service was quick and attentive as we were there just as they opened for lunch on a Sunday.

We ordered the sampler, says it will feed 2, hope you're hungry. Absolutely fantastic! Emily our server helped us substitute an item or two and has been extremely friendly. And the bar and tap room are looking fantastic. I can't believe I have lived 10 minutes from this place for almost a year and didn't know it existed. Might become my second home! Great food, great beer, and great people!

We met up on a weekday around 5:30 and it was pretty empty so we were seated right away. The booth we sat in was comfy and spacious. The menu is pretty typical brewpub fare, with sandwiches, salads, pizzas, etc. We started with the Hunter's sticks, which are cheese stuffed breadsticks, served with ranch and marinara. These came out first and I liked that they were cut into pieces for easy sharing. The breadsticks were a bit harder than I might have preferred (I was hoping for something closer to a soft Bosco stick) but they were still tasty. The ranch was particularly delicious. For dinner I ordered the steakhouse salad, medium rare. Nate got the Cajun chicken club sandwich and our friend got a crispy chicken wrap. The sandwiches and wraps come with either chips or fries, and our server told us that there's no up charge for fries, which is nice and not that typical. This is also a brewery so Nate tried a couple of their beers and seemed to like them. They also have a full bar. The food was quite tasty! I liked the salad although it was pretty salty, probably the bleu cheese dressing. There was a generous amount of steak and it was cooked nicely. I had a couple bites of Nate's sandwich and I thought it had great flavor. Overall this is a nice neighborhood spot that I'd come back to, since their menu is pretty large and it seems like there's something for everyone.

As the 10 of us completed our arrival, our waitress Anna, continued to become more and more negative/rude. We waited around 10-15 minutes for drink refills (alcohol, soda, lemonade, etc.) almost every time and that was even if we could get Anna's attention to ask for drinks. I approached the manager regarding this and he gave me the excuse they are busy. I mentioned Anna's poor attitude and was given the excuse, again, it's busy. The whole restaurant only had 7 other tables. Receiving our food order took 30+ minutes. I ordered the artichoke dip as an appetizer and the chips were stale. Anna took so long to return that the dip was cold, our food was finally being delivered, where I sent the plate back. She tried to charge me for the dip, and when I told her to take it off my tab, she said she had to ask her manager. Needless to say no one from our party will be returning.

If you're confused as to why you're pulling into a giant industrial complex, you're in the right spot. Lots of beer options to choose from as the menu rotates on the wall mounted television - You can also scan the QR code which will get you the beer menu along with some descriptions. Fortunately for me, this is also a smokehouse so the food is also pretty tasty. My wife, who's not a big fan of "smoked" anything loved the salmon. My ribs were also meaty and tasty. However, I think the Mexican Street Corn appetizer was my favorite. A customer next to us ordered the nachos and they looked phenomenal as well. Service was great - Bartenders were always on hand, offered samples, and were knowledgeable on their various beers on tap. Very large on the inside with plenty of seating at the bar as well as in the dining room. Multiple TV's airing different sports for the most part. One of our favorite places to stop on the way to the Soaring Eagle whenever we make our way. If I'm forced to complain about anything, it would be the lack of a paper beer menu. However, they're constantly rotating beers so I understand why the QR code is much simpler.

There are seating areas to either side of the bar and we sat in the smaller section. The staff was friendly and I dare say fun. They were interactive and actually liked to have conversations without being too intrusive. The food was good. The Ahi Tuna was good and the salad had a great flavor to it. The tuna had just the right amount of flavor. I have had better but it's been a while since I had this plate, so I was happy to eat it. The Reuben was tasty and the meat was tender with good flavoring. Their was not a lot of meat but almost the right amount as sometimes you can have too much and it overpowers everything. The French dip was good and will be someone's return plate. The fajita wrap was flavorful but not a fan favorite. I didn't eat it so I am limited on how much detail I can really give. Oh, they have something called the Texas Twinkie which is basically a cream cheese filled jalapeño wrapped in bacon. We didn't get an opportunity to try it as it was all sold out, but it will be on the "to do" next time! I almost want to give the place 5 stars as the staff definitely made the place shine but there were a few blemishes to the visit. The main one was the table we were sat at had a lot of crackers broken underneath as if a child was fed there. The staff was definitely busy and not lingering but the cleanliness of the floors did tarnish the place getting 5 stars. I don't want to sound like the place was a dive. It is actually pretty nice.
