They answer my call to order something when it is there job to answer when they are open which they was open so I don't recommend this one

I would have given this a lower rating if the food was bad, but it wasn't. I have gone to this Domino's multiple times and NEVER had issues like tonight. I order on the phone and the said that the food would be ready in 15 minutes. I drive from my house to pick it up and they (the workers) had to shove my order to the side because they got a call within the 15 minutes for a larger order. They said the food would take another 10 minutes. I come back inside in that 10 minutes and my food hasn't even been put in the oven. Therefore, I had to wait another 5 minutes. Honestly, it shouldn't have taken that long, and if you already started making my food, why leave it unfinished? I just don't get it. read more

I rarely leave reviews but my recent experience with Domino's left me completely shocked and deeply disappointed not only because of the poor service but because of the completely unacceptable behavior of an employee named Heather. I originally called to ask about an issue with my order and from the start Heather was rude and dismissive. When I calmly asked for her name so I could speak with a manager later she hung up on me. I called back hoping to resolve things but she became aggressive threatened to have me blacklisted used profanity and hung up again. I was stunned that someone representing a national brand would speak to a customer that way. I then went to the store in person to speak directly with a manager and address the situation face-to-face. Instead of showing any level of professionalism Heather continued with the same rude attitude. When I told her I would be reporting her she replied I don't care do it. Another employee witnessing the situation quietly gave me her name clearly aware of how inappropriate the behavior was. I've been a loyal customer for years. My son has been a very picky eater since he was one and now at seven years old Domino's has remained one of the few places he genuinely enjoys. Because of that I've consistently supported this store. However since it came under new management I've noticed a decline in service but nothing has compared to this recent experience. This goes far beyond poor customer service. It was unprofessional offensive and completely unacceptable. In today's world social media hold a lot of impact on business. You'd expect customer service staff to be respectful and mindful of how they interact with people especially loyal customers. I sincerely hope corporate takes this seriously and holds this location accountable. I also plan to share this experience via my Facebook timeline with others in my community because there are plenty of other pizza places that provide great service without the disrespect. Great food at good price. I love the constant coupons online. However the fact that they always call me to ask where I live and they get lost literally every single time I order bugs me. I called ahead and clearly ordered 4 medium pizzas....2 cheese and 2 peperoni. When I arrived they have 3 pizzas for me and began to tell me I made a mistake and I only ordered 3. I was told "no you only ordered 3 and here they are". I said, I need 4 pizzas as I have guests waiting and was told that I would have to wait 20 minutes, get it delivered and pay for the delivery charge. Not cool...I KNOW I ordered 4 pizzas and to be treated this way, have to wait a half hour for the pizza to be delivered?...instead of keeping me on hold to tell me the items available how about you get my order correct the first time and if by chance there is a mistake...you deal with it professionally. Really Good Subs !!! Good Prices !!! Speedy Delivery !!!

I normally have good luck with this store...until tonight. Ordering online is simple and convenient. That isn't where the problems started. We arrived on time according to the tracker to collect our order and pay the bill. I arrived at the store and was greeted by a worker who couldn't even smile or be remotely friendly. I then paid for food that was not ready. To make matters worse, they informed me that there was a mixup and they sent my pizza with the delivery driver, but they would have another one ready in five minutes. I was offered lava cakes for my trouble. It didn't get any better. I then waited another 15 minutes for the driver to return with my pizza and then was not even offered an apology. The workers at this store must have minimal social skills or just don't care. I will not recommend this store to anybody. Avoid it and buy local. read more

Online ordering was flawless. Loved the order status bar- knew when to expect delivery. Ordered 3 chicken items. Two were excellent, the third, chicken wings, were a little on the fatty side, otherwise very tasty. Delivery service was prompt and courteous. I always get my pizza on time and have never had a issue seems they changed the people who worked there and didn't know how to make a pie!
