Honestly we wasn't disappointed, the atmosphere for a relatively small but lively restaurant was incredible everywhere your head turned people was smiling. I went for a Mussels starter which was amazing and the portion was huge i could of had it for a main! Then i had a Pizza and i am very picky with Pizza kinda my favourite takeaway put jeez it put me off my local pizza joint it was that good. Lastly for desert i had the profiteroles the chocolate sauce over it was thick and extremely rich and the cream inside was satisfying! I've not got much of a sweet tooth myself so maybe this was a little to much for me but still delicious! The only thing that upset me was that when i wanted to give a tip both of us had forgot to bring cash and they wouldn't accept one through card. In conclusion if you love italian and great service then go to The Flying Pasta just make sure you bring some cash to tip! They deserve it.

The decor and lighting are quite dark in here, and it often can feel quite cramped if the place is full. However, the food is very nice (if a little over priced) and offeres mainly pizza but with some pasta and salad dishes, and the staff are happy to make alterations to the dishes on the menu, if you have any dietary needs or are just fussy!! There is a small outside are to sit, but the view is not nice (just of a road and a car park). The staff always seem to be friendly and helpful and i do like the fact that you can watch the chefs cook your meal!! You can sometimes make reservations, but if they have a big party in you can't and just have to turn up and hope for the best - i don't understand why they do this it would be better to just book up and tell people they are fully booked!
