I've always found staff here polite and friendly and they always make the best sandwiches - I don't know why, they just do. Generally the place is kept clean, the dining area is rarely crowded and there's always chips, cookies etc in stock. It's not very often that I have to pick a different bread or settle for a second choice because they didn't have what I want. I hope the owner recognizes that he has some great staff and does his best to keep them.

Last night, I went through late and I first asked what their closing time was. The very nice lady at the other end told me it was about 15 minutes before closing. I did not want to be any trouble and asked if they'd started clean-up as I did not want to be PITA. "No, don't worry," she said, kindly, so I ordered. Well, I was the only one there, but then a couple of other cars joined in behind me. I took my order home and was very irritated to find that I'd gotten someone else's far less expensive order than what I paid. If you DO go here, do not leave the window without thoroughly checking your order. I used to do this here and never had a problem and I regularly visited since the place opened, so I stopped bothering - it's on me I guess, but I am still royally ******** because I was (still am) planning on working all night.

There's been a couple of times where they haven't gotten my orders right and have given me a little bit of attitude, but others can be great. The food there is also a hit or miss situation sometimes the food can be hot and sometimes the food can be cold and it is 100% over priced but that's just my opinion for the amount you get. I atmosphere of the place I will give them props for that. They have a really nice poster of the St. John's area and they also have a really really really big wallpaper on their wall saying about all the ingredients that goes in. It's very nicely marked. I do go here very often because it's one of the closer fast food chains to my house but Sometimes It can be a pleasant experience and sometimes it's not to conclude this statement some other Staff there are really friendly The food can be hot or cold or not up to your expectations but something you will find nice is the atmosphere of the place I hope this was helpful.
