Needless to say, I suggested my mom file a report with the health department ( which she has now done) and I'm sharing the customer service experience here. Accidents can happen which I understand. Terrible customer service is a whole other thing. I personally, I would never shop here on that merit alone. If they can't be bothered to fix the issue, I can't be bothered to spend money there.
