Before I dropped the kids off to the babysitter yesterday, I ordered pizza online from Domino's Pizza, was already late for work & didn't think to check the pizza while I was there because we don't do fast food fr! Well got to the sitter & got the kids situated & was like let me take a slice, NOT 1 BUT BOTH PIZZAS were incorrect!!! So knowing I had to drive a hour away to work I said to myself I'll call on the way to the city! Well I called; a guy answered he was polite; explained the situation, he said let me get the manager.. got the manager in training who was also polite but to be sure she handled things correctly she stated I'm in training let me get the GM (General Manager) waited 3 minutes before the next person hung up.. well I called back & when I did it was a the manager who had hung up "accidentally" but didn't called back.. well I then explained the situation again (3rd Time) she said bring the pizza back with a nasty attitude & I explained I'm On my way To work but this was Dominos FAULT!!! Disgusting food and kitchen was visibly covered in black mold. The meats tasted particularly cheap and processed. Staff was also rude af and manager had brown teeth and his breath REEKED of tobacco. Cigarettes were also all over the parking lot. Gross! read more

Ordered at 5:18pm. Delivered at 7pm. I live 5 minutes from the store. And the pizza was cold, had to reheat in the oven.

The pizza from here is always really good. Only one time it wasn't and they made it right by giving us a free pizza. They are also friendly and punctual. read more

With iron the first few months of the year, this establishment has messed up three orders. When we would attempted to call, they would constantly ignore our phone call or hang up on me. This is ridiculous and horrible customer service. They are getting reported to the BBB. read more

On two different occasions I've ordered from here for delivery. And on BOTH occasions my order was not complete. I waited 3 hours for a pizza and marinara sauce I PAID for. After Callin to tell them they acted like I was getting it for free. Had to get in my car and actually go pick up my order that i paid to get delivered. This restaurant is like the other chain places across the country. Why would you choose frozen meals served without feeling when you can find plenty of fresh local places in town? Skip it. Keep your taste buds and your money in the local community. Go to Peppers Pizzeria instead. read more

What a complete failure! Ordered pizza at 7:11. Quality check was a 7:21. At 8:00 I called for an update. Received the run-around. Was told they have no record of my order. After insisting I did order, they finally "found" my order. Was told I was up for the next driver. No later than 8:10 departure. At 8:45 I called back. Was informed my order was still sitting there. Asked for the order to be cancelled. They said I would get my money back in 10-15 days. A complete disgrace and epic failure. After the time passed and no updates were changed on the tracker online, we attempted to call multiple times only for them to never pick up the phone each had time. I live fairly close so I ordered online on 2 occasions. Orders placed at 4:30 for 5:45 pickup. On both occasions order was not ready and person at window was very unconcerned. No explanation for the delays. I will not order from Dominos again. read more

This is actually a good Dominos that tries very hard to give good customer service. I've always had a very friendly delivery driver or a friendly person if I picked up at the window. The few times the order has not been correct (because come on... we're all human and make mistakes so sometimes things get messed up) they correct it with a smile and without a question. Redeemed a free pizza with my points, got the pizza home looked in the box and the pizza was ugly messy and burnt and it had about 4 pieces of meat and hardly no bacon, called the store to complain to what was in my box and they hung the phone on me....lmao, so I called back to the store today and was told last night they were under staffed....sir I am sorry is that all you got to say, well at least try to make it right with such a good customer !!!!! read more

Low quality pizza at a low-quality price. The delivery is more often than not Much slower than stated by their app, and you'll find your side items missing more often than not. I would strongly advise Against eating here but their hours of operation make them the only option once Papa Johns closes. Still it's always a debate of how badly I want to eat vs fight off indigestion and get pissed off. read more

Ordered online at 5:30 pm to be picked up at 7:00 pm, when we went to pick up our order we paid and rolled around to the next window to pick up our food and wow no one came to the window for 15 minutes and the only reason they did was because I honked the horn. The guy came to the window and asked if there was a problem. Uh, yes I would like my food. Well he said it was coming. Well at 7:30 he brought our order and and said it was the bread sticks we ordered, and then he said that the oven had to heat up. Seriously? Your a pizza place and the oven is cold? Wth?
