I'm not sure if yelp reviews for big chains like Domino's even do anything but; we ordered and pre-paid about a month ago (8 pizzas for pickup). When we got there someone said they would be right with us (it looked like 4 other people were waiting) I saw my 8 pizzas sitting on their heat rack so they were done already. The employees inside kept yelling at each other and bickering about orders and small things and didnt check me out for about 15 minutes. The checkout literally took 20 seconds, whats my name, my order, and gave me a receipt to sign and handed me the pizzas. Really not cool read more

Crust is always hard. They don't hardly give you any cheese. The chicken wings are hard and drizzled with sauce? Drizzled. Not tossed. The Buffalo Chicken pizza here is GROSS. Crust. No sauce. Cheese. Chicken. Onion. And a little tiny bit of Buffalo, again, drizzled over the top. This is the cheapest pizza place in town for a reason guys. read more

I used to love Dominos until I ran into this one. We ordered for pick up. The employees were very rude and seemed to hate each other. The pizza had NO toppings. It was a mess. Won't ever go back there. Also, I left them a review and never heard back from them. read more

On a cold and snowy night, the pizza and service was a warm memory of my grandmother's pizza..at least it would have been if my grandma ever made pizza. The person taking our order offered less expensive options and made our pizzas fast. If they'd deliver four hours away, I'd call em all the time. read more

Ordered pizza to have delivered to my sisters kindergarten class party by 11am. Got a phone call at 10:40am saying it wasn't being delivered and we had to come pick it up. Got there at 10:50am to find that the pizza's aren't even ready to pick up yet. The two girls behind the counter continue to laugh and play around while my sisters class is waiting to eat lunch. Horrible service, horrible customer service. Never ordered food for her school from here again. read more

The Warrenton Domino's constantly disappoints. Order your Domino's fix somewhere else unless you want tomatoe topping that will give you heartburn and hardly any toppings. Other locations I have tried have been good, tried this one again and it was still BAAAD. read more

Ordered from Warrenton, MO Domino's tonight, 1/26/20. Got a pan pizza and 2 pastas. The pan pizza toppings were supposed to go all the way to the edge of the pizza, they stopped between one and two inches , leaving a whole lot of bare dough with no toppings. The pastas were only 1/2 full, and I have been a customer for many years at this location. The manager was full of excuses! The ingredients were ALWAYS weighed and the pizzas were ALWAYS topped before being cooked, and none of what he said is an EXCUSE for what happened. Exemplary service. Let me tell you a story, yes? I chose one helluva day to drive into Atlanta. Basically the majority of the roads were iced over, I had to pull over in Warrenton and get a room, at the Super Motel 8, once I was settled I got real hungry. I called most everywhere in town and no one was delivering due to the road conditions, understandable indeed. I was looking for places really close by that I could try driving to myself, I found a Wendy's and decided to give it a go. I got in my car and discovered that my windshield had been completely iced over, so I wasn't go anywhere anyyyy time soon. I look up, and to my satisfaction there just so happened to be a Domino's right next door. I ran there, carefully as not to bust my butt on some ice, and thankfully they were still open. I'm giving them 5 stars because when I came in it seemed like there was only 2 of them holding down the fort, phone ringing off the hook from people seeing if they were still delivering (which they were btw), and they still took my order with a smile and a little polite conversation. I commend them for their friendliness during a time of haste and even more-so for delivering to people in relatively dangerous conditions. I mean, I myself damn near slid enough for my car to turn horizontally just trying to pull into the hotel parking lot at first. I can't say if that attests to my ability to drive well in these conditions or not, I'm from Las Vegas, once I saw my window-shield start to frost over I had no idea what I was doing driving anymore. So maybe locals are used to this and I'm just a noob. Regardless, this place deserves a good review, and so they're getting one from me! read more

I order from Domino's because they have gluten-free options. The service at this location is quick and courteous. I have never had a bad experience. The only reason I wouldn't give 5 stars is because the price for the GF pizza is quite expensive. It costs $12 to get a small. read more

I just had a pizza delivered...first of all it came in like 5 min.(I wondered how it was done already) IT WASNT!! Next ..since i ordered it online (I was hoping to get rewards and be notified of the specials and save $) which is usually the case with other pizza restaurants) I didnt have the phone number to call them back....So i tried to pull the app up on my phone and somehow I had no service.....so after a while i tried and was able to get the phone #...I called and while waiting to speak with someone I was listening to the specials..and they were MUCH BETTER THAN THE COUPONS ONLINE..I NOTIFIED THE PERSON I SPOKE W/ on the phone 'Crystal' I think..and she totally ignored that fact and rudely yelled at me "WHAT TIME I HAD ORDERED THE PIZZA.." she acted as if I was lying to her and I was a criminal..First of all I paid $20 for 1 pizza that WAS NOT COOKED..AND....The special on the phone was 2 lg pizza's AND a 14 pc chicken for $25. WAY BETTER DEAL!!!!! She ended up telling me she "WOULD REPLACE THE 1 PIZZA.I ORDERED" (after I offered to bring the pizza too her and prove it 3 times)..still never offering a solution for the fact that I way over paid by ordering online..MY SUGGESTION.
