Snails, cheese, wine and a lot more is on offer here. And the quality is very high. And for a very fair price. Staff/owner very nice, very helpful and let you take your time. The shop takes their hygiene rules during Covid-19 very serious. A good thing. Bought some fresh ham, of course some Iberico Jamon, some blue cheese and some snacks to go with. Also a bottle of Red. Very good stuff. Steaks looked nice as well, but didn't find time to prepare one this time around.

Besides all the basic food items like dairy products, rice, pasta, bread, water, veggies, fruit and household products this shop has a nice selection of meat, fish, seafood and cheese. Get some meat cuts and cheese at the fresh counter. Good quality products for low prices. A great selection of chutneys (perfect to go with manchego cheese) for just 1 Euro a glass as well. Fish, mussels, razor clams, scallops etc. Nice and fresh. This shop here offers really much more than it seems at first glance. Friendly staff as well. You can tell - by the selection and the prices - that this shop doesn't aim for tourists. It's for the local folks. And that's a great thing. Loved shopping here.

I liked the place. The Basque region and Spain in general are really more about wine than they are about beer, so to find a brewpub - and a great one, at that - was unexpected and a terrific find. Typical brewpub beer menu on offer with an APA, an IPA, a session stout and a Golden Ale on tap. There is probably more, but this was enough for a taste of Bilbao's beer culture startup.

Chorizo of all kinds, bacon, morcilla and of course Jamon in all its varieties. Different cuts, different ages. We chose some chorizo, some salami and of course Jamon. One cheaper, younger cut and a free-range Iberico cut (Iberico Bellota) with a nice age to it. All of it was great, very lovely meat and flavours. Unsurprisingly my favourite was the Iberico Bellota. You pay more for this Jamon...but it's worth every single buck. I just love me some spanish Jamon. Prices are not cheap, but fair for the quality you get. Staff was very nice and friendly. Explained their products and didn't push or rush when it came to purchase something. A great shop to buy some top-quality spanish meat.

This is the highest quality of cheese, from a crepe with cheese and mushrooms, to idiazabal cheese whipped with honey, other cheeses with Chile pepper jelly, Gorgonzola with quince, and much more. You can have them cold or toasted. They also have a large selection of drinks, but I was more than enough happy with water. Good service, too. This is not in the old town, but about 15 minutes from the Intermodal station.
