Under those circumstances, clear and consistent communication was absolutely critical. Several aspects of our experience stood out. First and foremost, the quality of the work was exceptional. The finished product is beautiful, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the entire house. Second, during the planning phase, Prime Design provided a comprehensive list of decisions we needed to make--from flooring and countertops to every light fixture and faucet. This created a clear roadmap for the project, helped us select items that complemented one another, and documented every choice along the way. As a result, there were no surprises when the project was completed. Finally, because we were still living out of state during much of the construction, regular communication was essential. We received frequent progress updates and photos, which allowed us to monitor the work, confirm that everything met our expectations, and feel confident that the project was moving in the right direction. When Trevor came out to see me, he notified me that my roof probably wouldn't make the Winter, but that even though they were almost past the roofing time of year, they would take care of my roof for me. This was a huge relief! After I got 5 estimates for a new roof, Trevor's original estimate was very close to the lowest, and when I spoke to him honestly, he was able to meet the lowest price quote. The lowest price from one of the most reputable companies in NH? That was a Win-Win! The floor job was pretty complex. The previous owners had removed a wall, thrown down some plywood and covered it in carpet. The floor on either side of the plywood was covered in two slightly different ypes of wood and was splattered in paint. Now it looks great! The price was as quoted, and there was communication everyday. As far as COVID protocols, Craig did as I asked while in my home. Will definitely use Wilcox Carpentry again.

Thomson Tree completely cut down and hauled away a 50-foot high Norway Maple that was located very…read moreclose to our house and near a picket fence. A very tricky location and situation, but no cut branches came close to either the house or the fence because the take-down was done with the precision of a person who is highly experienced and knowledgeable. After removal of all parts of the tree the ground debris was raked and gathered for hauling away. A great job and I'm happy with the results and I highly recommend Thomson Tree Service.
