No, we made the mistake of using one of their competitors who took +5 visits over 2 months to complete the task. However, once that headache was resolved, we did make the RIGHT DECISION to partner with SERVPRO to complete the repair portion of the process and thank God we did because we had the privilege of working with Mr. Gordon Brown, General Manager; SERVPRO. From the beginning, Gordon took the time to insure we had a clear understanding of what the repair process entailed including potential "surprises" that might arise given our particular situation and his vast knowledge and experience that he had accumulated over his career in the construction industry. I could go into exhaustive detail and cite numerous examples of Gordon's promptness, attention to detail, ability to delivery, and just creating a comfortable working relationship with my wife and I but I won't. Suffice to say that Gordon Brown was the major reason why we are now avid SERVPRO clients and will recommend them to all our friends. Instead of focusing on the gallons of water flooding the basement, they pressure me into signing a contract for all restoration work. Don't need to get into the details, but it was a strongly worded non-consumer friendly contract. Then it is apparent that one of the workers doesnt know how to use the broken sump pump they brought over. And even worse, he is inebreiated and REEKS of alcohol. I asked them to leave. This morning I noticed that they had undone the water hose to the washer, so even more water damage for us to clean up. Go with servpro!

She didn't even walk around the outside of the house and in her report she said we had no sofit vents. WRONG ! We certainly do. They may do good work but we certainly will never know. Although this project was revisited twice due to an initial "mis-diagnosis" (with the previous Soil-away regime), Jack took ownership to rectify the basic floor foundation issue and ensure no more tiles would crack.! Jack's demolition team,under Brad, communicated clearly when they would arrive, describe their daily work, and respected our property. The work area was left so that we could resume a normal daily lifstyle. Jack was there onsite thruout the demolition cycle of the project as was the project manager, Tom. As Brad and team completed the demolition cycle, Jeff, who would be completing the base flooring, tiling and grouting was the consummate professional. He approached the project as if he were working in his on house.His attention to detail and skill to merge the new tile into the existing fabric of our existing flooring was impeccable. After the project was completed, we again had follow-up conversations to Jack to ensure that the work was completed to our satisifaction and the work area was restored to normal.

I filled out their online form correctly and I received a quote, confirmed with the manager owner and scheduled. The two men they sent out were really nice guys and service oriented, however before they could start the work, they informed me they had missed quoted the job which was going to add approximately $800 to my quote of about $1100. In my world, a quote is a quote and I expected it to be honored the manager/owner refused. I fired them.

I have already posted a review for the downstairs work, now I want to let you know about the upstairs work and the unfinished work in the bathroom downstairs. So 5 months after the contract was signed the upstairs bathroom was started on 3/2/24 PIC's switched out the 2 mix match toilets so they both had the same color base and tanks. They fixed the shower door that kept opening when showering . However, they still did not come up with a solution to rectify the 1/2 x 3/4 chip on my tub. They removed old tub and installed a walk in shower upstairs. Work was a little sloppy but could live with it. However, the next day after the work was done I went to measure my bathroom radiator cover which was rusty and peeling and needed replacing only to find they had permanently glued the rusty cover to the new shower wall trim. 3/4 Call placed to Amanda M , who I had been instructed to work with for this project . No answer. Sent her a text message regarding the radiator cover and sent her pictures with no response. Outreach to Amanda again on 3/5 and 4/5/24 with no response from Amanda. Spoke with AAron on 4/5 who told me he didn't want to intervene. Amanda finally called me back 4/924 and told me she was going to look into it. I went back and forth with Amanda, Aaron and others from PIC with no results They finally sent out some installers end of 6/2024 to discuss a fix for the radiator cover with no solution. Spoke to the supervisor Adimar who stated he would follow up with PIC. As of 7/23 I did not hear back from anyone. Called Adimar again , discussed the fact that I felt I have no choice but to seek legal advice to get the work completed. Adimar says he would call PIC. Afterwards I received a call from a gentleman who says his name is Paul and that he is taking over for Amanda and Aaron to resolve some old issues. Says he discussed a fix with Adimar and tried to explain it to me. Told him I would like to see what he was talking about and what it would look like before I agree. Once again he is going to check with Adimar and get back to me. That was 7/29/24 and to date no calls! Again I may have to seek legal advice. I would try to have a private contractor fix it bug then I would loose my warranty. I have not been able to complete my bathroom remodel because of this, my bathroom looks worse than it did before the shower install with a unsightly, rusty radiator cover and a shower was trim glued over my wall tiles ,

I have contacted PIC Home Pros customer service on 5 separate occasions to get an installation date, no one has followed up with an answer. Amanda the director of operations contacted and promised an email and follow-up, but I received nothing until I put up a negative review. I still haven't gotten a timeline or email. The installation staff were fine, they made several errors, that caused leaking pipes and damaged tiles. They rectified everything relatively quickly but I found some minor dame to my basement walls and they did not clean up everything. There was a lack of coordination from the company with the repairs. They showed while I was at work, no call or warning as to the time or even day.

Everything was done exactly as proposed. These guys are the real deal! They installed a really nice interior drainage system with a pump system. It looks and works perfect! We are so pleased with everything! My basement is dry and usable! From start to finish this was the best experience working with a contractor we have ever had!
