I have been bringing cars to Don Evans since the 80s. It has always been good until my last visit. The last visit they broke the door panel on a new QX60, and refused to fix it. Instead of taking the screws out, they pried on it and broke the center insert. They did the work on a Saturday afternoon. They were closed when I discovered the damage and closed on Sunday. Then said since I waited until Monday to call I waited to long and it wasn't their responsibility. Totally dishonest, crooked, low life people. Every vehicle I've owned since the early 2000's has had their windows tinted by Don Evans Window Tint. So purchased a car from Barry sanders in Stillwater that had the windows tinted called don evans and spoke with them about the warranty the tint had said they don't have credibility with the dealership that the vehicle was purchased from and I explained the windows are turning purple and one window is coming off and that they had their logos on all the windows and he said they didn't tint the windows that the dealership put those stickers on the windows. what kind of business is this to act this way especially since their stickers on all the windows bad for them because people will see the kind of work they do not good for business.
