I can honestly say this little spot is fire! It may not seem like much, but I can guarantee you that if you're looking for some authentic Colombian food, this is it. The carne asada is phenomenal, the red beans taste like my grandmas beans. I love it . I haven't tried a lot from this menu , but my suggestion is carne asada and the sancocho is amazing. I've been here quite a few times and I've always had the same experience. Super bomb food, tranquil environment. The service is good and pretty quick. I have nothing negative to say about this spot. Feel free to check em out when ever you're in the area. Hialeah has a lot to offer and when it comes to restaurants and food joints ,they definitely have the upper hand. One of my favorite places for authentic Colombian food. The restaurant has the cutest decorations all around. The service is quick and they're super friendly. We started off with an appetizer, it brought 3 empanadas with steak inside, they were great! For my entree I ordered the bandeja paisa and it was huge! I had to split it with my mom because I couldn't finish it. Everything in it was delicious and tasted authentic! I definitely plan on coming back soon! They also have lunch specials for the bandeja paisa on Thursday's and it's only $7. read more

A small hole in the wall in a shopping center. Tried it on a whim, and was pleasantly surprised! The waitress was extremely nice and the food tasted fresh and very good! The portion sizes were large and the beans were delicious. I really enjoyed the espresso as it was strong, but had just the right amount of sugar. Wow!!! So I have ate Bandeja Paisa at sooo many Columbian restaurants and this is by far the best one. No lie!! Sometimes in other restaurante the carne asada in the Bandeja Paisa is like hard as a brick or kind of flavorless, the carne asada here is like so tasty and tender. Also their Sanchocho de Costilla is out of this world!! Like I'm a junkie for this soup!! It's like your abuela made back in her home country. For both dishes you get so much for your money it is insane. Legit has instantly become my new favorite Colombian restaurant. Oh and the staff is super nice too. I've tried a few dishes at the restaurant & ordering cantina & flavor wise, they're great but portions of their proteins are exceedingly small & not enough. They're steaks are all cut thin especially the steak on their bandeja paisa, it's almost as thin as the to-go styrofoam container they serve it in. read more

Excellent new Columbian place in Hialeah. This is their second location, the original being well known in Kendal. Just opened about 2 weeks ago. We had their Bandeja Paisa and it was delicious! Steak, Chicharron, fried egg, rice , red beans, plantains and avocado all at an incredible $13.95. I was apprehensive at first being that it's a place I'm not familiar with. The atmosphere is nostalgic of a place that I know well of. The initial attention is wonderful. I kinda felt that I washome. My order was the traditional bandeja paisa plate however, in a Montañero style which brings slightly different sides than the normal version of the bandeja paisa. The food was fresh ,the steak was cooked to my taste. And most of all the portion of this plate left this juggernaut stuffed. I hope to visit again. read more

I then placed an order for pick-up through their website again and we instantly received a call stating they were out of Salmon. They don't know how to use/manage their website and they gave a lot of excuses instead of apologies. Why didn't I get a phone call the first time, letting me know my order has been canceled.
