This is a great shop when it's raining or to hit to sit outside, the selection is too notch. You can sit and enjoy the many areas to sit and relax and the customers are always good people to have a conversation. My issue is the place is not well lit and needs a bit of cleaning and it could be 5 stars with some upgrades. I will never understand why I don't see the pride of ownership in such a big place? The only problem they have....is that their cigars are out in the open. Not being in an enclosed humidor(s) poses a lot of problems like being dryer out but the major one is.....they all absorb the "smoke and ash" flavor of the room....and this gives you a completely different profile. I noticed it while I was smoking but more so when I took some cigars back to the room and smelled them later. They all smell like an ashtray. They lost all the smell of the expensive wrapper they were rolled in. They need to work on maybe enclosing the store portion of the lounge, or getting cabinet humidors that can be closed. Cigars are stale and dry. No humidor to keep them fresh. Cigars are too expensive not to keep them moist. . I will not return.

I was in there on two occasions this week, each time smoking one of the house brand cigars. A nice, smooth 93 rated cigar. I loved the product, but I was certainly an outsider there. On my first visit, I smoked my cigar in the main floor room where the the tv's are. There were two other "regulars" in there at the time, and we shared small talk. During that time a woman entered the room and gave each of the "regulars" a free cigar to try. I was not offered one or even acknowledged by this woman. I found it to be a very awkward and rude moment. Then I went back in last night, bought another cigar and asked the person waiting on me what drinks they had. He went thru the list of soft drinks. I asked about coffee and he said they didn't have any. Shortly thereafter this same woman entered the room and offered another customer coffee. I'm done with that place. During our first trip together in April of 2019... my fiance and traveled to Ormond/Daytona Beach area. Our last visit there was over Christmas in 2019. We enjoy a nice cigar, and was looking for a place to fulfill our desires of a great cigar. We went to Don Kiki Cigars in Daytona. We absolutely love this olace!! They have such a huge variety of cigars, and they also have house made cigars as well! Both of the men who work there are super friendly, and very informative of their cigars. Not only do they have a huge selection of cigars, but if you want to be entertained smoking your succulent stogie, you can march your tush upstairs and enjoy watching their decently sized tv, play poker, pool, or just chill and socialize with your other friends. Downstairs they have a classic seating area for those business people you want to have relax after a hard day of work. The two negative reviews are rubbish, literally I and a group of friends have visited Don Kiki's a numerous amount of times and we have never had a bad experience here. Literally, we are all Hispanics in the group and it's nice to experience a little of home here with being able to play dominoes and pool, listen to merengue and salsa, in which we follow it up with FREEEEE CUBAN COFFEE, and my favorite cigar is the Tabak Dulces that have never broke, are in stock, and affordable. You will not find a better place to smoke indoors in Daytona Beach. Cuban crafters of daytona beach has turned into my favorite cigar store from the always friendly staff to the feeling of family when you walk in. To the huge selection of cigars in an open air humidor the entire store is the humidor. The cuban coffee they serve is very good. The live music on friday and Saturday night is just awesome. Be sure to stop in for a smoke if visiting Daytona. This is hands down one of the best cigar shops I have experienced. After finding out about Don Kiki last year, it became my go to place almost every night during this year's vacation. The entire shop is more or less a walk-in humidor, with the perfectly seasoned cigars in the back half and lounging available everywhere else. Their selection is one of the most impressive I've seen, at least compared to the crap in St. Louis where I live. Don Kiki carries so many brands and choices other than the same old Toranos, Fuentes, CAO and Romeo y Julieta found at most shops. Two years now, I have come home and ordered boxes of newly discovered cigars I would have never learned about elsewhere. The staff is so accommodating, going out of their way to assist an avid smoker or making a novice walk-in feel welcomed. Both gentleman working the evening shift will even check on you and the quality of your smoke if you decide to light up, which I highly recommend!. Downstairs one will find luxurious leather recliners, comfy rockers and even a small cocktail bar. A walk up the open stairwell in the middle of the shop will take you to multiple leather seating arrangements, and additional TV, game tables and even a pool table - - all openly available to you. The air quality here is also impressive. However they did it, one can enjoy all the aromas without reeking of an ashtray when done. I have smoked both upstairs and downstairs and neither location was flooded out by heavy smoke. Don't miss the opportunity to treat yourself to a great cigar experience. The WORST experience ever. They don't care about their customers and LIE to persuade you to buy something. Not only that, they are downright RUDE. I bought a gift for my husband and when he opened it, it was broken. They refused me a return, even though we called and they said we could. We even drove all the way down there because they told us we could only for them to say we couldn't. Then they tried to bribe us by forgetting about item with a bundle of cigars. This place is a real piece of work. When I contacted the main company, they informed us that they will no longer be doing business with them. AVOID this place like the plague. Used to be decent,when they served coffee and had the humidity under control. the CIGARS ARE NOT IN A HUMIDOR!!! If your a newbie smoker its a great big place and you will like the selection its big. However for the complex palate,the cigars are very inconsistant,ive had them so dry the binders cracked when using one of their brand new CUBAN CRAFTER cutters. Ive also had issues with the CUBAN CRAFTER brand black and chrome(plastic) lighters that come with a black base which didnt fit,and the tuning of the torch lighter always has issues and you really have to make sure it doesnt have air in it or it just wont light easily or at all. After spending hundreds,the cigars i bought the majority were very dry and i smoke the same brands. i now go to two other places: TOBACCO EXOTICA has a great selection in a walk in humidor and everything is fresh and they have a bargain bin and sales on lighters. I bought a TIGER which is a cheaper brand as a replacement for my CUBAN CRAFTER lighter and the TIGER is going strong a year later! The same cigar single storage holder that lets a lit cigar burn out when your on the road,i paid $15 at CUBAN CRAFTERS and at TOBACCO EXOTIC they were $8. The ACID cigars are around 25-35% LESS and ive even found some in bargain bin for $2.00 at TOBACCO EXOTICA. The second place i use now that i dont go to CUBAN CRAFTERS,is a small shop i found callled "TREND SETTERS SMOKE SHOP" which carries a few varieties of DREW ESTATE ACID CIGARS in a proper hunidor and their blondies were a few bucks cheaper than cuban crafters and its on the same street ATLANTIC just north of INTERNATIONAL SPEEDWAY BLVD on the east beachside,parking around back. TOBACCO exotic isnt beachside but is near BETHUNE college on I.S.B. just after train tracks hading west from A1A on I.S.B. So in short,i think if CUBAN CRAFTERS made the back half of store a cedar humidor walkin and lowered the prices,i would endorse them. But getting home to relax with a cigar to find it doesnt draw or is dry and the binder is cracking after you cut it,just isnt worth my time. Ill stick to the two others.
