I have a temporary in right now. And no one is in the office and you cannot leave a message. This is very unfortunate because I have already made a payment on the crown. All I can seem to speculate right now is that the building management has shut them down. But I don't know what is actually going on. After leaving a voice and text I finally got a call back and was told that Morledge didn't have capacity to see me for at least month and I would need to wait for an appointment just like a normal clinic after paying. $4000 per year to be treated like a normal clinic?!! Insane and frustrating to dump time and money into doing the right thing for health and be met with such apathy and misguided advertising. And the care has been thorough, especially with my cavities and root canal. But the wait-time is absolutely ridiculous. I'm usually waiting 30-45min in the waiting room just to be brought into the room, and another 10min for the hygienist (not to mention yet another 10 for the dentist to check at the end). I often set aside 2hrs out of my work day to ensure I won't be late for work. This time I scheduled at 9am when they open, wait time in the waiting room was shorter but still a good 20min. The xray and cleaning process only took 30min. But I'm still waiting a while for the dentist and debating about exploring other options.
