Dr. Sazima quickly and efficiently handled a gum infection. He is my longtime dentist and I rate him highly.

Dr. Constantinou sent me a letter stating he didn't want me and my daughter to return to Westlake…read moreDental (after years of going there) because we were upset at how she was pressured into getting dental sealants on all of her teeth by the dental hygienist. Even though she initially said no, the hygienist working with her cleaned her teeth and had her being questioned by three people about why she couldn't pay $500 asap for dental sealants. The secretary stated that Dr. Constantinou would call us but we never ever received a call or text ( even though I had been a pt there for 6+ years). I have attached the letter he sent to both me and my daughter. I am also posting my response. Please read his attached letter before you read my response Dear Dr. Constantinou, You are right. A Doctor-patient relationship depends on mutual trust, clear, communication, and the ability to work together towards appropriate care. I feel like that this was compromised when your dental team made my daughter feel as if she was being judged just because she did not want to get dental sealants applied to her teeth. Initially , she made the team aware that she did not want the sealants applied. However, even though she told the team no, they kept pressuring her to get them asap. The correct way to help her feel as if she really needed them- even though they were elective, would have been to ask her to do some research about them and think about it. Not make her feel as if all her teeth would rot right away if the sealants weren't applied. This also cost her an additional 500+ dollars for her dental bill that she couldn't really afford. I see now that you could care less about mutual trust. It seems as if you don't care at all. That's why you never called to find out what happened or even called to explain why this was such a good decision for someone who didn't have the money . So if getting rid of us makes you feel better about not following up and keeping her money. Then I don want you to be my dentist anyway.

My teeth were in a bad spot and I knew it was time to think about implants. I made appointments…read morewith 3 different providers and ultimately decided on ClearChoice for my all on 4 procedure. For me it was during my consult with Dr Kessling that I made my decision. I asked why he chose to work for ClearChoice over a private firm and his answer was he wanted to fix as many smiles as he could. Working at ClearChoice gave him the opportunity to do that. The other dental facilities that I went to struggled in answering the questions that i asked. There was no hesitation when I asked a question to the Clearchoice team. Clearchoice are subject matter experts, they do this procedure every day and it's what they are great at. The process at Clearchoice was very easy. The first visit I met with Brian. He was prompt and on time to my appt. He walked me through the different stages and provided information on financing if I needed. I appreciate Brian giving me the pricing upfront on the first appointment. . I met with Dr Kessling, he explained what he could do to help me and answered all my off the wall questions. The next visit was with Wendy, she took measurements and scans of my mouth and teeth. She also explained everything in detail that would happen during the procedure and what after care would be like. Wendy made me feel so comfortable. Dr Kessling joined in and they started designing my new teeth. They asked a lot of questions on what I liked vs disliked and then helped pick a color. At this visit I schedule my appointment for a few weeks out. When I arrived the day or my appointment Janieka got me settled in the recovery room took vitals and gave information to my partner. She then took my back to the operating room, her and Jenny answered any lingering questions I had. Dr. Loparich came in went over everything I should feel during post opp. What I liked the most is she gave best\ worst case scenarios. Example numbness should go away at 48hrs but could last a week. She then did her magic on extracting and placing the implants. I woke up to Dr Kessling and Alina figuring out where the implant posts were and where to place the new teeth. Alina took me to the recovery room. She continuously checked on me through out the recovery process until it was time for her to put in the teeth. Alina has a wonderful bed side manner. She put my new implants in and was so careful to make sure she didn't hurt me in the process. Dr Kessling came in and made sure everything was lined up correctly and that my bite was correct. Shane did an amazing job in crafting my new teeth. They look so good! Better than what I thought they would look like. Thank you Dr Kessling\Dr. Loparich and staff for giving me my smile back! If you are looking to have your smile fixed please please please schedule a meeting with ClearChoice! Everyone who works at this particular facility are passionate about their jobs and want to help as many people as they can.

can you possibly look forward to a dentist?…read more well, yeah. this one rocks. I find writing this review to be a tad uncomfortable. I don't mind reviewing soulless corporations, hard working small businesses and such, but this takes it to a more personal level. Dr. Chambers has been my dentist for about 13 years. And frankly, he has been a friend for almost as long. Business is business, but we did in time develop a genuine friendship aside from our professional relationship. And Dr Chambers being one of the cooler people i know, and me being in the hospitality industry, our paths crossed on occasion. And lucky for me that they did, as being a bartender/waiter for 18 years, dental care was not my biggest priority. Eating was. Paying rent was. Dr Marty, as I now call him, was well aware of the plight I, and others in my industry suffer. All said and done, I owe the guy a lot. He really saved my mouth from a dismal fate. I used to smoke, flossing was not a daily thing.... Methodical, fastidious, and fast. Dr Marty don't mess around. He gets the job done, tells you your options on your dental care and the ramifications of various levels of care. He is a straight shooter, has a great sense of humor, and is a helluva guy that also teaches, and works on the less fortunate in our fair city. Big props, bigger respect. A few of the old 70's down on their luck Cavs dudes owe him their current smile. Bottom line; great dental work, no unneeded bullshit, and he works fast and precisely. Last month, I had a tooth split and a filling pop 2 days before a trip to Chicago. Called for an emergency appointment. He's off. It is a holiday weekend. BUT - He calls me back, then - In. Out. Done. Flawless. Highly recommend. First class dental hygienists and techs as well. State of the art equipment, as he teaches at Case and has to stay up on these things I would think. Fuckin A, my first dentist memory involves a drill that you had to pedal. With your feet. Like a freakin' antique sewing machine. (My parents were immigrants.) I also remember the x-rays being developed in a closet. Needless to say, I have emotional dental related scars. The drilling scene from the movie "Marathon Man" comes to mind. Dr. Martin Chambers. A helluva Irish Dentist. One last thing. He is also my 80 year old mothers new dentist since she moved to Lakewood. And she loves him. Carry on.
