This entailed removing material all the way to the floor joists, replacing all the sub-flooring, building up the wall studs, moving the drain to it's proper location and everything needed to properly waterproof and seal the pan and walls. The final tile replacement looks as if nothing was even done. David and Ryan are very personable and took as much time as need to explain all the steps neccesary to finalize the project. Did horrible job remodel on my bathroom. I supplied new vanity the company made oversized square…read moreholes for round plumbing with no vent. I supplied new shower pan company cut the corners installing. I supplied new toilet. Company installed gasket wrong and stuffed trash in plumbing causing me to hire a plumbing company to repair. Also had the company check roof for leaks and flashing. Roof still leaks and flashing done incorrectly. Replaced floor in bathroom with no insulation, no vapor barrier and holes I could see daylight. Contacted owner and company replaced shower pan. The remainder of issues the owner accused me of lying, interfering with my projects and threatening me with harassment if I contacted her again, even though I have picture proof. The owner needs to communicate and solve problems, not block former customers and remove negative reviews on social media. And maybe stop telling people she has been in business since 2021, when her license to do business was issued in 2024. Buyer beware!!
