After picking up my car again, I discovered 2 problems with the trunk that hadn't existed beforehand, either (plastic piece that juts up to the metal wasn't properly put back AND the pull mechanism to unlock the trunk from the inside is loose and dangling). Sorry, but I don't lock people in my trunk, so that cord being broken wasn't from "wear and tear." North do I have the power to pull apart the plastic edging of my trunk from the metal. I can't help but think that I was treated this poorly because I'm just a female.
