Within a few days of the on‑site visit, we received a detailed quote broken down into clear, easy‑to‑compare options so we could choose the most cost‑effective solution for our needs. There was no hype or upselling--just honest, straightforward recommendations. Once the materials were secured (about a week later), the dedicated project manager reached out to explain what to expect next. He coordinated material delivery, arranged crew parking, and provided a start date along with an estimated completion timeline (weather dependent). The crew took exceptional care in protecting our home and yard from any potential damage. The drywall in the basement bedroom was replaced from water flooding. They Replaced a big window in the front of the house. They are on top of it all! David & Jeremy check on progress of the project and if something goes wrong they quickly can activate resources to remedy any issue. After discovering the flooded bedroom they quickly contacted a company to come out and remove the water and dry it up with industrial fans/equipment. They were timely working their butts off to get the job done. They were professional and cost-effective. I previously called other companies and did not get responses or made promises they didn't deliver. We had a really unusual set of problems to solve and they addressed both with really resourceful, creative solutions that came out even better than we had imagined. A previous contractor had begun resurfacing the concrete slab roof of our garage, then disappeared before finishing. The Building Company stepped in and not only completed the concrete work, but also recommended some reasonably priced improvements like using a waterproof paint to protect the surface. We also wanted to build an insulated enclosure in the outdoor space under a pantry in our 1920s house, and the Building Company came to the rescue -- beautiful work! The owner personally oversaw both jobs and personally participated in the construction. He seems to know every material and is up to date on every construction code. He is crystal clear about estimates and pricing is extremely reasonable. We can't say enough good things!
