The estancia idea is lovely, but the place is too commercialized and they nickle and dime you at every opportunity that it detracts incredibly from the whole experience of gauchos and estancias, it is very off-putting!
The food is so so and entertainers seem to be the only ones really striving for the tips that are constantly demanded of you. It's very exhausting for us as a customer to have to listen to their constant spiel. There was also zero explanation on the working of the farm. And I never saw a single cow or bull!
