So I decided to go with Ms López. I have been with them for about 2 years now and to this day, I have never met the woman. Ms Aguirre has always attended me, and she has always been gracious and cordial with me. This morning I had a letter from ADOT dated from 2 weeks ago that my insurance had lapsed and my vehicle registration was about to be revoked. Unhappily I wanted to learn why since I always make my insurance payments with my credit card on "automatic pay." Turns out that no payments had been made since December. I knew not since I have a busy schedule and I only know when payments have not been made when the telephone company or the water company or the electricity company inform me. State Farm NEVER informed me. They just dropped me. I was dropped because I received a new credit card, of which, I DID make the changes online. But because a payment had not posted as it should, the following month's payment, and succeeding ones, were NEVER charged. And I was just dropped. No e-mail, no snail mail, no telephone call, nothing. I will be actively seeking a new insurer because perhaps the local agent's employees have been cordial with me, corporate has not. If you deal with them, caveat emptor.
