For a snack, shared the Rioja-Style Potatoes Tortilla ($5.200pesos) - a thick omelet in a quiche-style format with potatoes and sausage stuffed inside. Overpowering flavor of egg and a bit oily, but easy to eat and delicious filling. Food and drink took a little while to come out, though we weren't really in a hurry. We also ordered the Empanadas de Gallina (forgot price) - three lightly baked patties filled with tender meat and cheese; didn't need any sauce. For the main course, shared the Llanquihue ($9.500pesos) and Huerquehue ($9.800pesos). The Llanquihue is a smoked pork rib (similar to thick-cut bacon) surrounded by crunchy quinoa spheres. Huerquehue includes a roasted lamb with an amazing creamy wheat mote and wild mushrooms. Waitress here went above and beyond as we have limited Spanish skills (she really tried her best).
