I relied on those assurances. After I received a denial, I immediately asked to hire the firm for reconsideration. My request was declined and then I was ghosted when I needed help the most. The result was a stressful experience: extensive guidance up front, being told my case was strong, followed by no representation when I needed it. I question the ethics of this practice. Prospective clients may wish to get clear, written answers early about who will be providing legal services, whether nonlawyer staff are giving individualized guidance, and whether the firm will actually undertake representation if a denial occurs should you decide to initially proceed on your own . She called me a liar and said no one would believe a person like me. I do not know who the hell she thought she was by talking to her client like this. I paid her to help me with my case, not to call me a liar or scream at me. They had a settlement for my case after eight months, but they held my case for no reason for another 11 months. I was not happy about their trashy work on my case. I asked them to transfer my case to another law firm. Every two to three months, a new person was handling my case. I was not sure why no one does not stay in this Law office for more than a few months, but I know the reason now. The reason was that RUDE woman JILL. If she can be rude to her clients, imagine how she can treat her employees. DO NOT BE FOOLED like me by the fake reviews on their website. You will find a much better Law firm than this B.S Law Firm.
