I visited for the first time yesterday. It was a very disappointing experience. When I called to…read morerequest their fee schedule they could not provide anything; not even a range. I was assured that nothing would happen during my visit without me being fully informed of the cost before it was done. When arriving at the office I was sat in a consultation room with no exam table; I was in a considerable amount of pain and was left to lay on the floor!! When the doctor came in he didn't seem bothered by this at all!! He did an X-ray and sent me to wait in another chair with an ice pack and tens unit while he waited for the results. Once the results were in, he called me into a room that did include an exam table, however he did not perform an exam, nor did he go over my images with me. He stated that he could not do an adjustment due to my pain level and that I should use ice therapy for a couple days then come back!! Contrary to their previous statement there was never any fees disclosed prior to anything being done, no actual exam was completed, and no adjustment was made. I was charged $193.00!?!?!? When I called the office today upset about the experience, and cancelled my follow up appointment the receptionist didn't seem to care until I called her out on it. Once I brought it to her attention that she should ask why I was not interested in coming back she stated that she was sorry I was unhappy and would speak to the doctor and call me right back. I of course haven't heard from them. If I could rate them a zero I would.
