Went to a different location today because we took a road trip. We both ordered the chef salad. I think it was very good and for the price had plenty. I love Donatos but this time I was very disappointed! I ordered a 10 inch cauliflower pizza and 12 boneless wings and bbq. The total was near $20. I think I could fit all of these boneless wings in my mouth at one time. Such a disappointment! read more

This is one of two Donatos locations in Lancaster, OH. This is the only location to offer two party rooms. One in the basement and one on the upper top floor. The upper top floor party room is a little larger and has natural light from the surrounding windows. The service is good, sometimes slow, yet the servers always get back with you throughout your visit. Donatos food is always fresh and the color is great along with the hot temperature of the food when it is served. Nice pizzas, subs, salads even dessert. My favorite pizza, the Donatos Mariachi Beef has always been my go-to when I order in or out. The party rooms are a great deal. The larger number of people in your party get the top floor party room. The smaller number of people get the basement which in years past was better than today. The basement has a foul smell which seems to be something with the bathrooms/septic system and when the door at the top of the stairs is open, if smokers are on the patio, second-hand smoke filters down into the basement. Let me add that the party rooms cost nothing additional, and there is no minimum order, as log as you order something and be sure to tip your waitress if she is taking good care of your group. The eat in area on the middle floor is small yet a nice area to eat your meal. Good for people of all ages, families and children. read more

This is my favorite pizza. I grew up on this stuff and compare all other thin crust pizzas to Donatos. This location on W Fair Ave is pretty good. They have a nice sized party room upstairs and offer alcoholic beverages. Service can be a bit slow and this one is always slower than the Donatos on E Main St. There is a pickup window, which is extremely convenient. They offer lunch specials M-F and you can get a side salad, personal pizza, and drink for a reasonable price. There is only one bathroom for men and one for women, and last time I checked, no changing station for babies. There are televisions on a few walls, giving the place a sports bar feel. The manager Travis is a complete ass! He was rude and basically told me I was wrong and dumb. He didn't explain anything politely, he was quite the snob. I'm done with this place. Sad cause I order 3 pizzas/wings every week. read more

Along with the two great party rooms that are free to use of you reserve them, this place serves your well known Central Ohio founded Donatos pizza. I highly recommend ordering online, and I also recommend the "thicker" crust option. My orders have always been ready right on time, and they have a convenient pick up window at this location. I do not know if they have changed how they do things or have new people but the manager is rude the food is either under cooked or delivered cold. Do not bother calling to complain to get it replaced the manager smarts you off by saying sure I will eat the cost of food you can microwave. I have really cut back on ordering here and switched to Pizza Cottage. Donatos you are an Ohio Staple GET IT TOGETHER!!!! no one wants pizza that is chewy and soggy especially when ordering from Donatos. read more

I tried to like this pizza but it is nothing to write home about. The table was sticky and everything is served paper and plastic. The salad I ordered stated "mixed greens" It was not. That is unless your including the brown decaying pieces. I would not eat here sgain. read more
