After a few days I realized one of the seams…read moredown in the crevice of the sofa was still open and a small amount of stuffing was poking out. He absolutely refused to answer my emails, texts, FB messenger requests, or calls. Ditto when our designer tried to get him. He eventually got back to the designer and stated he would not be answering us back and would by no means be making the small repair. This was probably a 15 minute fix on a $6,000 project. Since then the fabric has begun to sag and a main seam on the arm has come undone.
