As a complete beginner I set off down the track to the beach on Cooper which was a large horse but very patient. It was a fantastic experience riding along the beach drinking in the view. The staff are all very experienced and I would highly reccommend this place. We were a party of five with one child and we all got riding minutes after arrival. They offer a wide range of activities including, Cross Country, Lessons, Trekking, Summer Camps & a wide variety of competitions. Their lessons are excellent. They work with the abilities of all riders so the riders all get a good experience. The cross country course is immaculate! They have jumps of every shape & size. The ground is fantastic also. Their showjumping competitions are very good & are organsied to the highest standard. I advise anyone of any riding ability to go here for the best riding experience of a lifelime.

Had a fantastic beginners surf lesson here this weekend. A group from work headed down and got a…read moretwo hour class with rental gear and everything for 25 quid a head. The main instructor had a few too many cringey jokes, but both he and the other instructor were great for showing us the basics, helping each of us figure out what we were doing wrong, and generally making everyone feel safe and comfortable.

Since I'm experienced I got to canter along the beach and go fast which is great fun on those big Irish draft horses. Empty Guinness kegs on the lawn but couldn't find a pint!
