The bleating sheep were on the pastures and hillsides right outside the windows. The mountain hills valley views were right outside the windows. I can't repeat this enough. A room with a View! This is why I loved this property -- the VIEWS. It was quiet. It was nice. Breakfast was delicious and the same waitress who served us the previous evening at the local pub served us in the morning. Right out of a movie. Nothing but positive things to say about this place. The innkeeper welcomed my wife and me and our two teenage boys. We had a two room family suite with two different amazing views. Highly recommended. Oh, and he recommended the local pub for dinner which was fantastic. We would definitely return -- for a week, next time... Cheers!

Overall fancy hotel & bar but were asked to leave dinner and go sit at the bar when we were done which seemed rude. The pool closed at 7:15 pm and then at 5:45 pm on our second night. The beds were comfortable. Amenities included wash clothes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, fan, full-length mirror, large TV, and bottled water. The shower pressure sucked but the water gets hot. Our toilet seat was broken which should have been caught by housekeeping. Overall nice place & we would stay here again.

Set in the Fermanagh countryside on the shores of Lough Erne Lusty Beg island is the perfect retreat. The island (you have to get a boat over) has all the facilities you could possibly want including lodges, cottages, a bar, a health spa, swimming pool, tennis courts and a play park as well as a whole host of equine activities. Forget Centre Parks this is the perfect place for a getaway. The staff on Lusty Beg couldn't be more friendly, for example my sister and her husband were married here 10 years ago and they still know them by name. As we were only there for the wedding we didn't have time to go to the spa or go for a walk around the Island. We then booked to come at the start of March for a two night stay however we were a little disappointed. On the first night we noticed that the showers were cold and had no pressure at all, the water was drizzling from the shower. We didn't bother complaining as we thought it was just other guests showering at this time. This was not the case, the following day it was just as cold. I had to wash my hair under the sink which wasn't very pleasant. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant which was nice. The staff were pleasant and helpful. We also booked into the Spa for massages which we both enjoyed. Booking spa treatments gives you access to steam room/sauna/outdoor hot tub. On the morning we were due to leave we were woke at 8am to workmen hammering/drilling onto the side of our courtyard house which is the last thing you'd want when you are away for a relaxing break. I didn't have a terrible time at Lusty Beg, I did enjoy it, it just wasn't 5 star luxury.

In the front bar they have smaller 1 or 2 piece bands to entertain. They have wifi now installed all over the hotel which is a great addition for people travelling who want to check emails / facebook etc.
