The medical office assistants are kind and helpful, and the clinic manager has been amazing. All of this has been a very welcome change, especially since my last experience of 10 years + with a different very negligent Dr. and abusive receptionist. I feel very well looked after and the front desk attendance especially Mindy is always very friendly and service oriented. Dr Eichhorst looked after me during my colon cancer ordeal, chemotherapy and while getting an ilistomy bag for a year. I also got wonderful mental support and I will be greatfull for the rest of my life for all his work. Meanwhile I definitely consider Dr Eichhorst a friend who has come to Saint Paul's hospital and also my house many times just to see me and give me moral support. To me Dr Eichhorst is definitely not one of many doctors but the only one to me who really cares and to make it very clear: I believe, that he as well as Dr Carl Brown from the colorectoral department at saint St. Paul's hospital saved my life a few times. The staff at the front desk are lovely and work hard but there are definitely doctors to avoid. Dr Ticea is cold and awful in my opinion. She misdiagnosed my Mum and when I saw her, she was not friendly and had no time for me. I will not see her again. After I saw her, I asked to see another doctor and saw Dr Sofia Bayfield who was patient, thorough and kind. Dr Frame is lovely and used to be my family doctor but I moved overseas for 6 years and don't really see him anymore. Overall, I'll still come to this clinic as it is close to my husband's workplace and they have my files from decades back.
